A full recap and behind the scenes look at my experience during the 2023 CrossFit Games. I entered the week knowing that it was meant to be my final time taking the floor as an individual athlete. It's been quite the ride!
I can't express here how grateful I am for everyone's love and support along the way. We've spent the last decade of my life growing together. I hope you've all enjoyed the ride and enjoy this final installation before we start a new chapter together:
