I’ve done this multiple times. I actually went into the sky onetime and I see my body laying there then went above my roof and went into the clouds. I actually have been doing this since a kid then I finally understood what it was.
one of the weirdest experiences ive had is when I woke up in the middle of the night but my body felt very heavy. I wanted to get up but could barely move so I started crawling out of bed. This is how I know it wasnt sleep paralysis was I could move but couldnt stand, I felt very weak. I fell out of my bed and crawled onto the floor of my room and could feel my rug and see all the individual strands of fibers, I looked around my room and could see everything clearly. I knew something was wrong so I started crawled towards my parents room to wake them. Halfway through the hallway I realize im still asleep, so to wake myself I started slamming my arms on the wooden floor to make noise and commotion and ended up waking up and I was still in my room in bed laying in the same spot I was when I went to bed. I have lucid dreams all the time and never ever dream about being in my room at night like this.

It is VERY important to protect yourself and set intentions beforehand. And also to keep a positive mindset so good job on that . I didn't do that last night (also my first astral projection experience so yay on that) and I paid the price lol

Lol I also was trying this morning and heard a random voice say "we're gonna push this entity so deep inside you" scared me a little and I said I only let In love and light and then I'm pretty sure I fell asleep but woke up in a dream but wasn't in control of it like I thought I would be in astral projection

Because i have read stories about people who their body got possessed from another entity or spirit i don't know and they would not allowed this astral spirit to return in his own body until the other entity got out by himself. While a tragic case is an Italian woman who have shared her astral experience for years died and some of her friends said that she was truly healthy but she couldn't return her spirit in her body again so her body died. When a person goes to a spiritual teacher and wants their 3rd eye activated to have the ability to astral project the teacher makes the person meditate so they learn to bring balance into their thoughts. They are put on a mental diet to not consume dense dark information. Nowadays, people consume to much horror films and feed their mind negative dense information. So when a person astral projects they will quickly manifest every thought very quickly. Junkfood in, Junkfood out. If your mind is consuming fear then fearful experiences are most likely during an astral projection. I had an experience one time: I went to sleep one night and suddenly I started to experience a sleep paralysis episode (I used to get those a lot and they used to terrify me). I was so scared and I tried so hard to wake up because I was aware that I was having another sleep paralysis terror. Suddenly there was a black shadow of a man that pushed me off the bed with so much force to the left side of the bed and landed on the floor (my ex hasband was sleeping on my left..but I didn’t feel or see him). As I tried to get up I remember I was a bit annoyed by that shadow for pushing me off the bed but I didn’t have any ill feelings towards him. I was struggling to get up for some reason. All of a sudden a lady came out of nowhere and aided me to getting up. I looked at her face and she was so beautiful. I was so fascinated by her beautiful soul and kept asking her..who are you who are you?! She didn’t say a word and as she was holding on to my hand, she pointed to the bedroom door as if she wanted me to go open it and go out there. I was struggling to walk but I walked towards the door and opened it. What was supposed to be a living room turned into a whole other world. That never felt like a dream. It happened 5 years ago. After that day I never end feared sleep paralysis which I rarely get nowadays but instead what happened helped me get into astral projection; which is a blessing whenever it happened.

I did astral projection yesterday and it was like a horror movie. i was brought to 1970s as a 8 years old girl living in a mansion i was terrified coz it feels so real trying to get out of it coz I saw this entities trying to kill me the first entity was like a faceless transparent form infront of my face then the next one was holding me so tight and he tried to cut my throat. scary and interesting experience

🤔 that was a very interesting story and I thought that was pretty cool about singing worship songs. Now the birthday got me is when you knew that there was something lying to you and you knew it wasn't you even though it didn't freak you out. It's important that we all understand that lies don't come from God. They come from the enemy and it comes as the angel of love and light, according to the Bible. Love and light isn't scary is it? Sometimes I wake up and look at my phone to see the time then I lay down and drift out of my body . I’m fully aware 100% the first thing I do is walk through the wall in my house to go outside and get as far away as I could . I don’t know why but I automatically know that you don’t suppose to be around yourself or where you live because it will keep you safe. Astral energy is attached to you when you are out of your body and if you are in your home beings , people , animals ,ect will get curious and try to see what’s going on . If you are not around yourself they will have no interest in you and think you belong there and won’t bother you and you will have a good experience.

I've been trying of and on for almost 10yrs and have only had it happen 2 times. Once I was in my semi truck's sleeper bed and I felt my legs float upwards first and then I knew it was happening. I threw my head fwd forcing my legs down and I was sitting up. My chow chow dog popped her head up at the foot of the bed and gave me this WTF look!!! I sat on the edge of the bed, noticing things were a little out of focus, but I was excited I made it out and knew I wasn't dreaming. I had the thought, I want to go outside and explore and then I moved forward and went thru the truck's plastic dash and glass windshield and I can only describe it as like wading in waist deep water resistance to the body. Once outside the truck ontop of the engine hood I wanted to go up high and look around and boom off like a rocket I went. I felt I was way too high and thought I might get trapped out in space and got into a panic and poof, I was back in my truck laying back into my body and saw the golden glow in my chest area as a laid down. The next day I had so much energy and felt so wonderful. I really which I could have another one outside. My second only lasted a minute and I rolled out onto the floor and was crawling away from the body and my bed partner bumped my leg and woke me up. I was so mad.....

That doesn’t make any sense. Don’t they want you to break free so they can take over? Sounds kind of dumb unless they just want to play with you and scare you but then I’m like then just scare the person while they’re out.
Perhaps you're right or perhaps they want you to leave your body so they can be the first person to pounce inside and take over and take control kind of like first dibs in line back in school going to lunch. First person line gets it.

Thing is that everyone's 3rd eye is always opens and never sleeps.A lot people do not realize that they do use there 3rd eye throughout the day.It is part of your intention that is subconscious that a lot people do not notice or feel unless you pratice on idefying how it works and feel,so you can look for it and exercise your third eye stronger. I never had heard of it. It happen to me sitting in a chair in a library a few days ago. I still can feel the velocity I felt going through a wormhole. I do not know anywhere where it says the devil created the astral world. Also, divination in the scripture is forbidden if it is trusted above god. She wasn’t divining for anything. The Bible talks about meditation, and when she entered that state she called out to the lord. Personally, I am not a Christian but I know enough about the Bible to know she didn’t do anything wrong.
