I'm not sure I've ever eaten at a Chipotle but I have, once, been to a similar chain called Qdoba. I walked up to the counter, wanting to order something, and was asked, "Do you know how it works here?" by the counter person. WTF, was my attitude after that. Sell me a burrito, that's all the instructions I should need. I don't want my "Mexican" places set up like a Subway. I never went back, that was over a decade ago. Thankfully, I live in the Southwest now where you can't spit without hitting a Mexican restaurant. There's one a minute's walk from my place, and it's good! And it's Taco Tuesday so I know what I'm having for dinner!!
@ChrisShadowens I wanted to go to taco time today, it's their cheap taco day. But I loaded up on cold foods on Sunday to get me through the heatwave. There's plenty of reasonably priced Mexican places around with great food, no need for the subway experience. I think some people it makes them feel powerful to tell people what they want. Lol
@@TalentlessCooking You may be right, there! 😆 I used to go to Taco Time when I was living in Seattle, didn't know there were in Canada, too. I would order a burrito, can't remember which one, but it was always cold because of the veggies mix they used was kept cold. And it had celery in it, which I don't want on a burrito.
@@ChrisShadowens I know they're not right but I like them for what they are. Pretty sure it's a Canadian chain, at least the old radio commercials would tell me so.
OH no he didn't put beans n rice on mah burrito, nope nope nope wheres the hot sauce and the jalapenos??? come on worker he said for you to chose, show this guy the heat, make him see some shit that aint there like blue horseshoes purple clovers and green unicorns
@jaypeeztabernac851 I was really only upset about the lettuce, that's super dumb. Most food workers will look at how pale my skin is and assume that I can't handle heat. I mess around with ghost peppers for fun, I have a bag of them in my freezer, plus two more bags of super hots people randomly gave me. 🤣🤣🤪
@KevinAndCatYT I didn't have any tummy troubles with this visit. I just don't get the hype, these style of restaurants are everywhere, and they are pretty much the same. I much rather a real Mexican restaurant.
