Thank you so much Miguel for creating a video about FLASH. I enjoyed this car for a couple years and all that drove it were well impressed. Yes you need a "pair" to drive these cars. It's similar to when you would drive a go kart as a kid. Have a blast making him your own. Don't be afraid to race other cars at the light, you will hold your own for all of 5 seconds!
Ive owned like 20 different cars, the smart ED is the one ive owned the longest and still own. I'll give the keys to any guest, use it as a quick runabout car, just tool around with friends, people absolutely love it. Payed 6k for it and got 7 times that out of it.
@Miguelsgarage im approaching 50k miles, half of that was done by other people, though. No major issues, my 12V battery died and that halted the car until I threw another in. Thats normal with every car. Stock speakers blew a couple yesrs in, just got around to replacing em. Haven't been doing any service other than tires, still going just as good as it always has. Just don't let the HV battery drain and it will go forever.
Put a wind up turn key on the back bumper. Have fun! I'm looking at these. They're little itty bitty side to side. It will fit in part of my garage. Not sure if I want EV or not. Using gas would probably be better given the distance I might want to drive.
