It seems to be such a nice social hub, Mint Customs, with all these people dropping in and out, I'm surprised Simon is able to get anything done. Oh the utter frustration of a bike not starting (repeated checking of 'fuel, 'spark', etc., then give up). You would not want to stall at the traffic lights on it. OK, I know it's going to be sorted, therefore, looking forward to the next episode.

I did a build that had an awkward oil tank, so I welded the end cap on & put a new cap on top & put ahole in my "SeatPan" so I only needed to take the seat off to fill it. 30k, well done, & I've been one for quite a while.

My first build... I think I'll name her "Koonty" . Or something similar... Maybe just " Koont". Not really sure but I will love my lil koonty/ Koont forever. 😆. Lol.

I added a second switch to my bike that is hidden well out of site. For normal use I only use switch #1. But if I am going to be away from the bike, I use the second hidden switch too. If someone uses switch #1 nothing turns on until switch #2 is turned on.

A "Kill Switch" is an excelent idea, I put mine in the handledars hiding behind the rubber of the grip, you can't see it so only those that know it's there know that it's even on the bike, as for thinking "KickStart" only, that will depend on who is trying to steal your bike, those that have knowladge will know it's not, so will those with eyes, but the majority of big(ish) bikes are stolen by theifes with a van. For those that don't use a van, put a small Padlock through your chain, move it up to the drive sprocket & put anotheras close to that on the bottom, it can be a faf but none of mine have been nicked sinse I started doing that in the 80's.

Don’t buy anything from Louis if your in the uk. You will get stung for extortionate Import tax, clearance fees and custom duties. Their parts are already inflated and once you add on the all the taxes you’d be better of buying something in the the uk like motogadget etc. just a heads up.
