Actually, this is for investors to buy and rent out, not helping low to mid range income groups who really need it for their own stays. Sometimes you can see that the new projects haven't even launched on their portal but are already fully booked. Just wasting time preparing this and that.

Actually, I would still recommend education but with a Google’s twist- get some relevant education courses online for free. It’s the basic that’ll help in the F&B, or any industry; education is still a step up lever for many, if they have not decided what to do.

Ppl also say that buying first property is hard but to me I think 2nd property is even harder to make decision as this going to be your last property that able to get 90% loan 😅
