My first sighting of the new trains being tested on the northern line Merseyrail system Merseyside 

The Merseyrail Class 777 are very nice.

They look really nice. Maybe because they are new. The remind me of subway cars in the US. I guess that would be the Tube in London. Are they diesel or electric? If they are diesel, they wouldn't be used in the Underground, I think.
