Join me on my first ever solo wild camp! I was a mixture of very nervous and excited as i had been planning this for a while now. Everything went well and i had a great time. I was not far from the summit of Great Hill in Chorley, which boasts a few spots that i have seen that are ideal for wild camping. This spot was only about 45 mins hike away from the car, around 1 and a half miles.
The OEX Hyena II tent i was using proved pretty user friendly and very roomy for 1 man and his gear. Looking forward to using it some more and taking it some more places. Now its time to plan the next trip!
