You can be assured that Elvis was the very best human being. My family lived next to the back of Graceland and my sister worked for him. He was the nicest, most generous, giving person in the world. We all loved him.❤️❤️❤️
You are so blessed to have been around him when he was alive. And your sister was even more blessed to work for him. He will always be remembered for his kindness and treating everyone the same with love and respect. God bless you and your family.
I still love him so very much.. Would give all I own (exept people) to have saved his life.. I truly love him can`t explain it.. I am not a woman and not gay but it`s a feeling I can`t explain..
On Elvis’s Star of Fame in Los Angeles it says “ Elvis Presley, Musician, Actor and Humanitarian “. He was so generous to people in need and gave away so much of what he earned to charities and people in dire straights. He said that he could never earn enough money to ever forget what it was to be poor. He was a kind and wonderful man who just wanted to make people happy. 👌💕🕺
Beautiful reaction. I used to think Frank Sinatra (who is great in his own right) had the best version until I heard Elvis sing this song. Not one performer alive today can convey emotion with such sincerity and force like Elvis does.
Great reaction, he did so many different types of music from gospel to opera. You need to see some of his black leather numbers, from the 68 comeback special, "Trying to Get to You,". And " Memories". And don't forget that opening number "Trouble/Guitar Man.". I appreciate you, thanks for keeping his memory alive. Be Blessed
I keep requesting that. She already saw Elvis doing Heartbreak Hotel from his 68 comeback special, And that was great, but When he actually sits down with his 2 friends and jams, it's Amazing! Trying to get to you, One night with you, Lawdy miss Clawdy, Baby what you want me to do. ANY of them is amazing!!
First of all I enjoy your comments ! I am 81 and have seen Elvis about 16 times in Las Vegas !! You should see the 1972 version of Suspicious minds , and look at him when he got out of the Army that was 1960 him on the Frank Sinatra show !! Elvis was and is the greatest entertainer ever 😇🙏👍‼️
This man was special he was a very humble person treated everbody with respect ,and a great humanitarian ,and when he sings he gives it with passion emotion and very strong vocals ,he can make your feel it in your heart ,and soul
Elvis' truly unmatched genius was his musical interpretation. A lot of people hold it against him that he did not write his own songs, not all artists do even present day artists, but he could get more out of a song than anyone and when he sang a song, whatever it was, he always made it his own.
I never get tired listening to Elvis Presley. I grew up listening to him singing. Please, react to one of his hit song recorded live in Honolulu Hawaii 1973. Title of the song is," YOU GAVE ME A MOUNTAIN. "❤
Did you ever hear 'What Now My Love from 1973, or American Trilogy.. Suspicious Minds from Vegas in 1970.. If I Can Dream from the 68 Special. A song Elvis did as a Tribute to Dr. King? MLK was gunned downjust a few miles from Graceland.. Elvis was devastated! Thanks for sharing this!
Elvis had SO many epic performances. Just a few more, if you want REAL songs with a meaning, If I can dream from his 68 comeback special, In the Ghetto, and Walk a Mile in My shoes, and you gave me a mountain.
Oh and also, I just looked to your Elvis playlist and it doesn't look like you have done bridge over troubled water from the 1970s show in the white jumpsuit. You should also do Suspicious Minds from that show and probably Polk Salad Annie. But Bridge Over Troubled Water absolutely kills. His arrangement of it is incredible and his band and backing singers are just purifier, and he really shows an incredible range vocally, not just in terms of pitch but also in terms of Dynamics, mood, emotion, it's incredible.
Elvis has been dead longer than he lived. He still touches so many lives. If Elvis only knew how much he was loved. He thought nobody would remember him, he couldn’t have been more wrong. God Bless Elvis. Until we meet in a better place Precious Man. 🥲🙏
Look how far away the mike is at the end and his voice is still that strong. Wow, so touching! You'll see him do it in other performances as well. How about Polk Salad Annie. He tells a funny story! Oh yes, he was a comedian on top of everything else. Lol!!! Let's see some dangerous moves and another jaw dropping performance. Fasten your seat belt. Las Vegas 1970 !!!!!
Miaaaa- Been to long since I have watched your reactions but you got me back with this one. Anything Elvis and I am here. Thanks for this one. My Way is one of my fav Elvis Covers. Frank Sinatra did this one also way before Elvis but IMO he did'nt sing it as well as he did. Please get on the Elvis Rabbit hole and I srongly reccomend you react to Elvis and the black community. It is a short 15 minute documentary that will tell you all about Elvis from his early beginnings to the very end.
*Mia, for the record: That song is a remake. It was initially in a foreign language.* *What happened was while Paul Anka, the composer of its English lyrics, was vacationing in France, he heard the French version-and that's how he adopted the song into English.* *In case you're ever interested in hearing the French version, the name of the singer is Claude François, and its French title is "Comme d'habitude".*
Elvis had his demons, but he was also a great humanitarian, helping a huge number of people, irrespective of race or religion. He paid medical bills, bought houses & cars, trucks & tractors for people, was supporting 50 charities when he died, did concerts to raise funds for hospital wards, donated brand new Cadillacs & other very expensive cars, plus a ship he had bought just weeks before, to be auctioned for charity, & he donated all the profits of his Aloha concert which raised $75,000 (& that is a heck of a lot more in todays money) for a cancer ward at the hospital in Honolulu. He was an incredibly giving man, who had a deep spiritual faith in Jesus & his Heavenly Father, & said that God had given him this voice so that he could earn money to help people in need. Elvis was raised in poverty, a very poor white family living in a very poor black community. After his death he was called a racist. The truth is that Elvis did not have a racist bone in his body (BB King said that, & he, of course, was black). Thankfully, there was a documentary made after his death, where a number of prominent black people talked about Elvis. It’s called Elvis & The Black Community Part 1 & Part 2. Many Reactors have done Reactions on this. Was Elvis perfect? No, of course he wasn’t. There is not a human being alive who is perfect. Elvis, being a Megastar, just had his imperfections magnified in a very public way, which thankfully us lesser mortals don’t have. He was a supporter of Martin Luther King, & helped fund the MLK movement, & when MLK was assassinated, at the risk of his career, he took on a song called If I Can Dream. He still to this day, holds the record for Best Selling Artist of All Time, with Michael Jackson runner up. So all in all, I think he was a pretty good human being.
This is One of Elvis's Most Beautiful Love Songs: Elvis Presley "AND I LOVE YOU SO" 1975 (4:01 min) (Best Version) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-z8MOIs0Dd5g.html
Water throwing incident at ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LNtP5Gd8QGE.html -- make sure to hear that very, very start of the video when Elvis called out “Please Release Me” but the band began playing “I Can’t Stop Loving You” - he didn’t stop them, he just eased right into the song; he then walked over to his glass of water, picked it up & playfully threw it at Glen @ piano -- 1972 Hampton Roads concert; he did give a quick look of irritation @ beginning -- an energetic, powerhouse & fun performance - Elvis w-his deep, rich powerful voice.
To see an example of what a special human he was, I would suggest watching he documentary Elvis And The Black Community. A lot of reactors watch it and are shocked to see he was a great person. I hate the nasty rumors that went around about him. But they untrue and this documentary shows that from people who knew him and worked for him.
He was the best human being this world has ever known. Did he have faults?? Yes but no one on this earth is perfect except Jesus and they killed him for being perfect. Only one Elvis.
I love this song. Its my top Elvis song, way better than Frank. But I absolutely fell in love with Andrae Bocellis version. Check it out if you haven't.
From the French song "Comme d'habitude" composed by Jacques Revaux with lyrics by Gilles Thibaut and Claude François and first performed in 1967 by Claude François. Its English lyrics were written by Paul Anka but somewhat differently as the original lyrics or subject matter were changed rather than translated. Altho' Frank Sinatra made it well known, he hated it & his version had a different tempo & feel. This song was obviously meant for Elvis more than anyone -- the lyrics, the emotion -- more suited to him than anyone else. I don't think there was a song that Elvis sang where you could not feel the emotion -- & that goes for his upbeat songs also. Everything this Man sang came from his soul & his gut & we got all of those emotions. I don't believe anyone in the history of music has ever given so much emotion to every song. All Elvis needed was himself, his backups & musicians -- nothing more.

Thank you. What I like about Elvis is you're not stuck what the same thing all the time. You don't get that variety with others, Not really. Certainly not as cool as this guy.
Thanks for this video, Do Itt Miaaaa. Eternal question, Beatles or Elvis? Elvis had better singing voice than than the whole Beatles group put together. Better looks. Beatles instead made their own music, writing etc. Elvis did not. Both were great!
Why would u say,not sure if he was the best human being? U have to see the video Elvis the king of kindness, his charity work, the first to give to St Judes for children and lots more,i grew up with the King anything u heard about him being racist is BS,all proven rumors i was there at the time also Elvis in the black cummimity video, great reacton sweety!!
I've just seen the pop up , I don't normally miss things Lol . I just interpreted that as not knowing much about the man himself , no harm was intended it was just the way it was worded. I understood it .
@@paulr6881's just wierd she would say that,I new she digs him, don't know where that came from, I'm a huge Elvis fan and there where rumors of him being racist and like I said they where proven false rumors started by some whites who didn't like him cuz he wasn't,he grew up in a black Getto surrounding and had black back up singers!
@@joesmith6524 Just depends how you interpret stuff . I'm not a huge Elvis fan so I interpreted it as her not knowing much about him. It was innocent to me .What she meant was she didn't know what sort of a person he was . That's how I took it.
