This happens in literally every video that I watch of foreign vloggers visiting India. As much as I love the food, I would avoid going to India altogether due to the immense number of scammers and rude people.

Its just people in general - some are hearty, some are needy, some greedy, some scammers, some are simply abusive and lame - just need to be prepared mentally beforehand. Visitors planning India visit - spend thrice the time on research on your travels to make it smooth. Do not be afraid to say "NO" wherever required no matter how calm a person you are. When in doubt, always ask a decently dressed person - most will know English fairly well. But usually street vendors will have illiteracy and so a little knowledge of local language will go a long way.
Bro get rid out of delhi mumbai type cities. Only you see traffic, pollution, scammers etc. Go to north side like hill station or north east states you'll feel blessed that you explore there ✨
Couldnt have spoken better. 2nd tier metro cities or even some villages (research: best villages in india) will be a much joyous experience. But then sometimes chaos is what can be fun for some.
I have very bad social anxiety & find it hard to go outside & enjoy but you motivate me to be confident Luke. Whenever I'm out I would think to myself, "what would Luke do in this situation" "Remember how confident he is with people" & I get a confidence boost right then ☺

Dislike some of the things from India... The first tuktuk guy probably left him at a distant place and charged 100 Rs for it. The second tuktuk guy was extremely pushy. Unfortunately getting someone to answer things like food places to go is also challenging. But that part is partly on Luke too. Should look around and ask someone who seems more likely to be young/educated/fluent in English.

This is my 1st time watching a full video after watching clips on Facebook for a long time. Good video I like watching your videos in the UK some of the places you visit are so interesting. My favourites videos are the haircuts and shaves especially from the street barbers.
tip: have an Indian acquaintance to show you around. that way no one's gonna fool around or do you wrong. :) Indians in general are very warm and welcoming but you can't help but have a few who can be mean. so have some acquaintance around:)

If you go to Varanasi, look for The Blue Lassi shop in Old Varanasi going towards the Hangar Ma river in one of the alleyways. I was there twice in February 2019 and wow. It's world famous. 78 years and counting since it was established.
