Hey family! I just finished my first week of residency and wanted to drop my weekly vlog updating you all on how it was. Overall, it's exhausting starting on night shift and trying to learn the ropes at the same time (especially when the service I am working on has really sick patients). However, I am learning more and more each day, and I will be confident about my progress in no time! Slow and steady wins the race 😊
