There are so many videos here on RU-vid that make it seem like you'll make six figures your first year selling on Amazon FBA, but that is far from the truth. Although I believe it is possible with hard work and sacrifice, it's better to get an idea of what to really expect.
In this video I'll show you my full profit and loss statement from all of 2019. You can see my $138,930.36 sales, you can see how much money Amazon made off of my sales, you can see how much I paid for shipping, and many other numbers behind a full time Amazon FBA business.
After looking through all the financial details of my business I will go over my biggest tips for starting on the right foot so you can make even more money than I did. Once you know how to properly analyze your business you are ready to grow and have a successful first year!

All the mentions of taxes and funding your business from your disposable income has me curious: What type of business entity did you set up initially? Were you sole proprietor or LLC? Which would you recommend for getting started with RA/OA? Thanks again and much appreciated as always. Nevermind, you answered this question in another video that I just finished. Maybe from now on, I will reserve my questions until I finish you playlist lol

Glad you found the answer, but I can put it out there again. Started it without any official business structure, then started a sole proprietor, and soon I'll start an LLC for the business.

@@pathtobillions8070 That seems to be the general path. I just a sole prop and will convert to LLC as I scale. Much appreciated.

may I ask if these 20K were full time for you or part time? I'm trying to gage amount of time vs. earnings. Thank you

Like, were you retail arbitrating 5 days a week?
@pathtobillions8070
@pathtobillions8070 4 года назад
Definitely full time, I believe I mentioned this is the video that I was working more than my last job but earning way less.

I would say sourcing takes the least amount of your time. Prepping and shipping is the most tedious part and takes up the most time. I work pretty much everyday of the week.
