The thought of uploading my face on RU-vid for the first time was terrifying. I have struggled with anxiety and lacked self-confidence for most of my life. Deciding to put my 56-year-old face on RU-vid was a huge decision for me and when I finally decided to go for it, well, you can see in real-time my anxiety come into play.
My goal is to assist others in conquering their fears and anxieties by providing encouragement and demonstrating that it's perfectly normal to experience fear. I believe it's crucial for others to witness my own struggles, because it highlights that I, too, face challenges.
