My flight was canceled 

Airline canceled the flight and didn’t inform you?
As per the Passenger Charter Airlines must inform you of the flight cancellation at least two weeks before the date
In such a situation the Airline should arrange for
🔸an alternate flight or
🔸 refund the full amount
Where the Airline has fails to inform you about the flight cancellation the airline should provide and
✅ Alternate flight as acceptable to you or
✅ Compensate you in addition to the full refund an amount on the basis of your block time
✈️ For flights having a block time of up to 1 hour compensation equal to Rs. 5000 or booked one way basic fare and fuel charges whichever is less
✈️ For flights having a block time of more than 1 hour and up to 2 hours compensation equal to Rs. 7500 or booked one way basic fare and fuel charges whichever is less
✈️ For flights having a block time of more than 2 hours compensation equal to Rs. 7500 or booked one way basic fare and fuel charges whichever is less
🍕🍎If you take an alternate flight then the airline must arrange for free meals and refreshments during the waiting time
Important note - You must provide adequate contact information otherwise financial compensation is not payable
*Block time is equal to the duration of the trip. Block time officially starts when the aircraft first moves from its parking place and ends when the aircraft reaches a designated parking position with all engines stopped.
