Well considering we got X-23 from X-Men Evolution and not a comic sometimes the cartoons can give us characters that make a big impact. Or characters like Deadpool allows them to become more fleshed out and popular.

They weren't going to shoot everything. They still were going to use Snyder footage and mix it with reshoots. So beard would break continuity

Yeah the way I see it, all that you mentioned wouldn’t be a problem, I agree with pretty much all of them, but one problem I do see is that you couldn’t do a ton of showtimes with it being as long as it is. That and I do think it would turn off a lot of general audience members when they see its 4 hours, I know there’d be an intermission and as you say, Endgame was only one hour shorter than it but I still think it would turn at least some general audience members off, maybe not completely, if it got a traditional release with cinemas first and not HBO MAX they might wait until it comes to home media and then watch it

The only thing I like truth be told is the Aquaman lasso of truth scene, and probably the “league of our own” dialogue too. But I hate this movie with a burning passion, even before the Snydercut came out.

Adding to these, Steppenwolf's line about his axe still being slick with blood was also pretty good.

Wonder Woman and the Amazons are not sexualized in the Snyder Cut? I must have dreamed up all those butt shots of Gal and Flash asking if Wonder Woman was into younger men.

@@obredaanps3 , In the whedon cut, there is a shot of flash landing on wonder woman’s boobs just like the scene featuring Natasha and Bruce banner in age of ultron. Flash’s question about Wonder Woman in Snyder cut was more of a question of curiosity. The Amazons and Wonder Woman were portrayed better and heroic in the Snyder cut

People don't always remember every detail of an experience. Especially if they have busy lives and are doing a lot of other things.

Pretty sure he was disagreeing with what Jeremy was saying in that Justice Leagues theatrical cut being two hours was a positive thing - the Snydercut being four hours brought in much needed character/plot development. But his first impression was the “oH gAwD iTs FoUr HoUrS?¿?” At least that’s what I took from it

Well more than one, actually, and they are coming soon. The introduction of Mandalore, the bounty hunters like Cad Bane and Kendo (who are... So cool), but specially the Mortis arc and the return of Maul... That's when it goes into overdrive and doesn't let up anymore.

The Snyder cut waw better but worse in other cases. So many unnecessary scenes. The Snyder Cut could've EASILY been 3 hours and 20 minutes of purposefull storytelling. Not "ooo look Martian Manhunter" or "ooo look Jared Letos Joker and Deathstroke"

There was definitely bad blood between WB and Zach. Their insistence on NOT continuing the Synderverse after the overwhelmingly positive reception of ZSJL is absolute proof of that. They are literally throwing away money just to stick it to him...like a bunch of 9 yr olds in 3 piece suits

Geoff Johns was already bringing Whedon on to force Snyder out.

Yeah that’s one of the biggest reasons I hate it as much as I do, not only did he unnecessarily reshoot very similar scenes but also make very changes in post production that was completely unnecessary, like at the end at Wayne Manor, they literally changed the colour of Diana’s outfit or changed lines with ADR like Lois saying “you spoke” to Clark because he didn’t say anything since coming back to life before then so it made sense, then Joss changed it to “you smell good”, ffs

Nikola Marinkovic You may think that I’m trolling, but I’m not. Watch both cuts again, much more closely. Joss’ cut was terrible, but a lot of the things that don’t make sense in his cut also applies to Zack’s. Also, he had less time, resources, and fan reactions to know what to fix. Zack had 3 yrs to know what to include and exclude. His was longer, fatter, and much more stupid. He did a lot for the characters, but what are they exactly? Cyborg has more depth, yet a ton of problems such as his ability to control nukes yet not using them, his inconsistent attitude towards others, and him suddenly not saving his father by turning the machine off despite apprarently having control over all machines. Flash, can rewind time without consequences, has that creepy scene with him saving the girl, and apprarently a fan of Superman despite not having any concerns after he tried to kill him. Superman, a hero who lasers off body parts. Oh, and Joss’ is more cringy and has the weird lip? Well, his Superman had character and Joss only had months to edit. I have a lot of more, but I can still urge you watch them both again to compare. If you liked Zack’s version better, that’s fine. But, Joss’ version was shorter, more consistent, and actually adds character to each of them, unlike Zack’s which destroyed all of the characters.
