Awesome setup, I'm wanting to do this to mine. I've never done anything like this before though. Could you link the motor, wiring, and plugs you used please?
Hands down the best walkthrough. I purchased my unlimited from Strictly sail and kayak as well and love it. Question who did you install for the motor I'm looking at the minn Kota as well. Thanks again for the review and ideas
@@TheEvolvingAnglercan you share any tips on how you did it? Cut from the head (top) end? How are the cables terminated? Before I buy the TM, curious to know what it looks like under the hood so to speak
I heard those new canoe ports aren’t waterproof but seeing that video of you going through the waves do you ever have any problems with it blowing a fuse or water getting into the hall? Great video man. Really informational
I’ve had a little inside the hull but literally like maybe 2 cups total after fishing a hard rain. I’m sure there are places water can possibly get in. Maybe the built in rod holders. Not 100% sure but it’s very minimal when I go get water in it. I’ve owned a lot of kayaks and honestly never had one that didn’t get a little in it over time. Thanks for watching the video!! Means a lot
Setup is unreal. I’m getting mine in March. I can’t wait. Do you have any problems with the ports? I see a lot of people running the marico plugs but I seen you went with Nucanoes. Have they been good to you?
It’s surprising. I’m 180lbs. My buddy is 200 and the stability is pretty good. It’s not a bass boat but we can both sit sideways with our feet resting on the edge and fish no problem. Stand and pee etc. The room is great where it has an open deck. Lots of room for tackle etc.
