This is the debut of The Tales and Tatase Cooking show where I celebrated with some of my favourite sisters.
The Smokey Jollof with chicken stir fry and fried plantain (dodo) was a hit and the gist was sweeeet!
Enjoy… And Happy Valentine’s Day!
Ps… I washed my hands after cutting the chicken and every cooking step but those parts couldn’t make the video in view of the timeline we wanted to achieve.

Enjoyed it, would have loved to see the final meal plated but I guess we can see it on the book Tales and Tatashe . I wash my meats with vinegar and lemon. Then spray down surface areas and sink .

I’ve never made smoky jollof before but you’ve inspired me. What’s the name of your blender that also parboiled the pepper? For the English, paprika peppers are even closer to Tatase than red bell peppers 👍🏾
