Are these actually accurate? For example the first one how does that have 58g protein. Its just 2 fish pieces, 1 egg and some peas. Surely that cant be 58g of protein.
This video reminds me of the time when I was learning how to cook. I had just bought the diet plan (created it from nextleveldiet iirc) at the age of 22 and started preparing my own meals from the food I got in the plan. I was so motivated back then. I broke my barriers when it comes to amount of food I can eat in a day, resulting in noticeable gains for a newbie. I recommend everyone to take care of their diet first, the rest will come naturally.
Coming from a Greek, it is better to put the garlic in the tzatziki (as a powder) rather than on the meat. In that way that flavour becomes part of the sauce and is more fluid in tasting rather than on a dry piece of meat (not saying yours is ofc)
I must say that pita bread recipe at the end was a steal, tried it today and it's definitely what I was looking for instead of trying to wolf down chicken with plain rice. Those greekstyle flatbreads from tesco are amazing.
I've just finished re-watching all your cooking videos, please do more. Even if they're basic recipes I already do, the editing and narration are top notch and I'd watch 100 hours of this
Joe bro you've been saving me big time on my meal preps, thanks for the simple, cheap & great tasting meal examples! Been copying these for a couple of weeks now lol :)
You are right, I really needed such videos. Here in Austria there is lockdown again and I missed your vids, especially the cooking and training ones. So thank you for that.
Pro tip, copy all these recpies and change all the ingredients. They still work. Trust me. Peas- Broccoli - Carrot (put any of these in the green curry). Turns out: The stove doesn't know the difference.
haven't watch in a while but ur british humor is top notch, laughed way too much at the free.will-chopping-choice bit :) keep it up and have a nice day sir!
