Great content. Can you make one about proper manning and differences between male and female goshawk training? Keep up with good job!

I'm preparing myself for 3 years now to get my own bird and after all the research I was sure to get RT. But met many wonderful people during that time and end up getting female goshawk on the begging of next year from friend falconer who's having less and less time for her. Hopefully our journey will be as exciting and I will learn a lot from this bird

Really enjoyed that insight into your time and thoughts on goshawks, they sound like a fine hawk in the right hands, I have been told they are a bit challenging. I could imagine what they are like going through woodland as you told the past memories, my HH working through woodland gives me a great pleasure, I can only imagine what the goshawk must be like . Brilliant topic well suggested by someone. I would be interested to see your feeding daily routine, how you feed each bird when not flying. Thanks.

I commented to Dan Mercer the other day why the hell people don't use the hood for birds other than falcons is a mystery your comments re manning etc are so right

Hi , I have just heard about hacking birds of prey , still dont understand this , would you consider doing a talk on this way of training, it seems that its about imprinting and the bird being free to go and return, have you ever done this does it benefit certain conditions and areas . Thank you.

Hi I love watching ur videos but I was just wondering can you teach a old harris hawk new thinks because everyone talks about training a Young hawks not the old ones

Yes you can, if they’ve already arrived with bad habits it’s often a case of working around them rather them eliminating them for good. For me to get the very best of what I want I always prefer an untouched young Hawk to train
