I've been corrupted too much by TTS, I can't imagine Dorn or Magnus being voiced by anyone other than the ones from the show.

I love the idea of Alpharius saying 'You've been a naughty little shit.'

Henry Cavill sounds like a good voice to Horus for me. Horus Rising says his voice is akin to thunder and honey at the same time.

For Dorn- Christopher Judge for his work as Kratos and Teal'c For Magnus- Sam Witwer for his work as Starkiller in The Force Unleashed and as Darth Maul in TCW. You heard his voice a lot in that "Hatred" video.

Rogal Dorn has a voice, the one from the Emperor TTS series was PERFECT.

TTS has made several canon voices for me, but if there was one voice I would change. Keith David as Vulkan I mean have you heard that man?!

I do like how they use quotes from characters who have personalities arguably relatable to the primarch in question, just to show the actor has experience with that kind of character

James Callis, chosen for Sangunius, is the voice actor of Alucard from Netflix's Castlevania. Mortarion's voice actor is literally Malthael from Diablo III.

I might actually have a role very fitting for Steve Downes. His voice gives off a sense of duty and stoicism, mixed in with quite a bit of experience. But he also sounds rather aged and tired, like someone well past the years of their prime. So my idea is, Steve Downes voicing Barbarous Dantioch.

whoever chose Matt Mercer chose one of the worst examples possible of his work for a warhammer 40k voice. But he is so wide ranging that he is capable of doing a better voice for a role like a 40k character should be.

The last of these was fun. Looking to enjoy this one too. With the new grey on the Lion, the old Lion of the Lannisters is a more fitting choice than he once was. Fair about him also being a good Yarrick. Oh yeah, that would work for Fulgrim. Just a little extra ennunciation on the s for the post trransformation, and the shopkeep would make an asute choice for space snek. Ah, sounded familiar. War for and Fall of Cybertron Megatron. A solid choice. Pretty sure it's those games at least. Mamoa can be goofy, but he does a good serious. Not a bad Leman, but could be better. Yeah, this sounds more like the Administrator than the Defender. Castlevania's spectral vulture. A very good match. The voice of Guyus Baltar has a punchable face, especially with the earliest and latest seasons of BSG, but the voice of Netflix Alucard? That character is already vampire jesus. It is only fitting. Very not Ferrus. I think there could be a bit more softness to Angron in fleeting moments, but for the average tone, this is a good match. Also, "true horde" makes me laugh knowing what came after. Sylvanas plot armor. This is a good Guiliman. Could be more gaspy and gurgly, but I could see this being Mortarion. Sounds like Diablo. Cavill has the potential range for Horus. Horus is a character who needs to go from a warm charismatic voice of reason to screams of rage and madness. Thanos is a bit too deep for Magnus. I'm sure Matt has good range, but this is.... I just don't know about this one for Lorgar. Though the more he talks, the more I could see it. Could probably find a better match though. RIP, Mr. Reddick. You weren't my vanguard, but you had a powerful voice. Though Mufasa from the last one would be a better fit. It will be a shame to see Sylens again, and know Lance is gone. This works for the Raven. I didn't think of this for the twins, but this charismaniac energy is fun.

Dorn I'd say Mark Strong would probably be a good choice.

I think Chris Judge might be a better Vulkan or other tanky primarch, but then again, Teal'c was my favorite character on that show, so I might be a bit biased.

Keeble would be default Lorgar for me. His insane rambling to Magnus cemented it for me.

Vulkan is the biggest of the Primarchs so he needs a voice that reflects that so personally i would have gone with Christopher Judge, James Earl Jones or Michael Clarke Duncan may he rest in peace.

Travis and Matt could fitt their primarchs verry good. I don't think they had lines with fitting themes where they used the right voices.

Garrosh as Angron is a pretty good one

While I cannot hear anyone but the TTS guys doing Magnus, Vulkan (ideally Christopher Judge or maybe Idris Elba if you must), Dorn and Corvus (Liam O'Brien was a good choice though), I do have ideal voices. Fulgrim and the Laerblade by, and I am VERY biased for this choice, Kevin T Collins and Marc DeRaision. Why? One word: BERSERK. Just from the anime alone, they both proved that they could do their respective roles: Marc can do a raspy and deep voice, sounding like it was Fury incarnate or like a demon leering over his prey. Meanwhile, Collins can do a sophisticated, Regal voice trying deeply to hide his venom and hubris. The reason being DeRaision used such a voice to do Guts, and Collins did such a voice for Griffith. Some might reverse the two, but could you REALLY imagine Fulgrim with a gruff voice more used to roaring in fury than making elegant speeches? Leeman's pick, I'd have to go with Graham MacTavish. If you've ever played Dante's Inferno, or watched stuff like Outlander or Castlevania, then you'd know why. True, he isn't quite Borky enough to be a viking in spacde, but that Highland Fury in his voice just fits his aestheic well. Might not work much in live-action though. For Konrad, admittedly my foster brother had the idea before me and I cannot disagree: Willem Dafoe. Like, Willem's a weird dude with a raspy voice, kind of like Christopher Walkin. The big difference being Dafoe doesn't talk with a weird Mobster like cadence that, while enjoyable, kinda doesn't have that "stalker in the dark" quality. Dafoe needs only his role as Green Goblin to pull it off. That or Lighthouse or Northman to show just how creepy and strange he can sound. Though I can understand why people might go for Malcolm McDowell. Travis as Ferrus is something I will fight to my dying breath; that will not work. Ideally, you want someone who can sound monotone while still seeming susceptible to emotion. For lookalike factor if we were talking live action, I'm thinking Josh Brolin since he has that mix of gruff and stern that would mesh well with this Primarch. The choices for Angron, Guilliman, and Mortarion... Honestly, I couldn't complain if I tried. Good choices. Couldn't have done better myself. Lorgar... is a tough one. You'd want someone who can project the dedication and fervor of a preacher, have the slimy charisma of a politician, and the terror of self-realization as an edgy teenager. Definitely need to bring on someone who can sound intelligent and magnetic, like they could convince a Shark to hike Mount Everest. Maybe James Woods if I had to rush, or maybe someone like Benedict Cumberbatch? Matt Mercer i somewhat close, but I always heard Lorgar in descriptions to have something clear and mid to low in range; something that sounded like pure booming confidence.

Honestly Arnold S. the governator could work as Vulkan , now this i get a bit from the super friendly TTS version but it could work. I dunno why they chose the most phoned in line Lance did in D2 and one that doesn't even fit here ,the man had a great vocal range and he showed off that in that game and some of the memes readings he did for the fans and i highly recommend the video "Lance Reddick (Zavala voice actor) reads his own Destiny 2 Meme" on youtube to see how he is when he actually gives a damn.

I would personally put thanos to voice perturabo. He can do the whole cold and mechanical, dispassionate and detached so well.. and i picture pertorabo being like that.

I mostly agree, even the idea of giving Ferrus Brolin’s voice. I do think think Alucard as Sanguinius is freaking perfect though, and I think Momoa as Khan is B.

For perdy, you need a greek accent. You need someone who can make a convincing greek accent. For leman Russ I think a heavy metal singer might be better. Someone who can do gravel and make it work. malcolm mcdowell is a good choice, but for some reason i cannot get Michael Keaton out of my head Mat Mercer I can see as an Eldar.

I've had these voices in mind for a while now: Hugh Laurie as Magnus Keith David as Vulkan Graham McTavish as Konrad Theo James as Corvus Kristofer Hivju as Leman Rory McCann as Angron Tim Downie/George Clooney as Lorgar (good chaos salesman voices imo)

There were several voices on this list that I felt the voice was good, but for the wrong Primarch. The most glaring example being the 1 I agree with you on, Josh Brolin works as a Primarch, but I don't see him as Magnus
