I'm not usually one for over sharing but I've just finished my first week of chemotherapy and I won't lie I'm scared of how it's affecting me, but your enthusiasm for the topic helped put my mind at ease. So thank you, you have no idea how much I needed this today
You are strong, remember that your mind is stronger than everything, so practice ways to cure what you can with thoughts, manifestation and positive energy. So your way through this becomes easier, happier and it might even cure you faster, I believe you can control many aspects of your body with your mind (it takes time, believing and practice)

Treatment has improved a lot. I hope your treatments go well. a friend of mine recommended a healer and caster for me, she helped me out..
I often use frozen broccoli, especially in winter. It's easy to store and cook, and cheaper than fresh whole one. Also, they freeze it in season, so it's more nutritious, too. And I use baking paper or tin foil for the meat in the air fryer, much easier to clean. Game changer for me 😊

These overnight oats.... I'm dying! Everything looks so simple and delicious. I never eat/use sweet potatoes enough and I LOVE THEM. Being pregnant makes it hard to meal prep because it's been hard to eat the same thing over and over. These looks easy enough to eat and mix spices up! thanks for recipes :)
Hey girl! Love these meal preps and your energy, just one thing: you shouldn't wash your chicken :) it increases spread of salmonella and other bacteria, and it really doesn't serve any point

I always light a candle when cooking broccoli, or even a cauliflower combination. It stinks the house up for days it seems,lol. What seasoning did you use on the chicken breast’s that you had on top of the yogurt rub?

A tiny change do help. I had AVOCADO FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR!!!!! and it felt like I entered and elite club. Like why nobody told me avocado is so creamy and good. I felt lied to 😂😂😂
