Just made my avo toast, added a scrambled egg and some black bean salsa and it was fire! Now about to jump into my HIIT workout after my food digests. You are so awesome!! If you use a vitamin c anything be sure you use an spf after!!!!!! So and vitamin c work well together, plus sof is the best preventative measure against early aging. Soooo important. Love your videos. You're my fitness motivation for quarantine rn.
