Hey girl! As someone who dealt with ibs and indigestion, I would highly recommend aloe vera straight from the plant. I would mix it into my green smoothies and it seriously helped so much. I actually had an ulcer and it healed! Giving up coffee, greasy foods, spicy foods and tomatoes (red pasta sauce and pizza) also helps so much!!

I have had similar gut problems for years. Like really really bad indigestion, puking from food intolerances, bloating to the point I looked pregnant, etc. I have gone to countless gastroenterologists, holistic clinics, and pretty much anything else you could think of. This past year I discovered functional medicine. I went to a functional medicine practitioner and got TONS of testing done including a stool analysis specific to my gut biome (sounds gross ik but it was the best thing I ever did). From the results of that test we were able to see that I had MAJOR issues with the bacteria in my gut biome. A pathogenic bacteria and pretty much taken over and almost more importantly I had a ZERO count of the two major digestive bacterium/enzymes. From those results, my functional medicine practitioner was able to formulate a treatment plan to get rid of the pathogenic bacteria and basically rebuild my gut biome from scratch. It's been 6 months now and I feel better than I EVER have in my entire life. It takes about a full year to fully heal a gut biome so I have a long way to go, but the progress is incredible and I am actually FEELING like my gut is starting to heal. I know this is so long so I will try to wrap it up but your gut is connected to absolutely everything. My gut being damaged was impacting my hormones, my diet, my mental health, my energy levels, and my immune system - just to name a few things. Going to a functional medicine practitioner was the best thing I have ever done and I feel like I am finally getting myself back and like I can actually live my life. PLEASE look into functional medicine. I barely scratched the surface of the capabilities of functional medicine here, but it has made more of a difference over the course of a few months than the years of everything else combine. Kenzie Adamski google "institute of functional medicine" and go to the IFM website. they have a tool on the site where you can put in your location and it will show all of the IFM certified docs in your area. they all have like a profile and you can read what they specialize in.

When you make the matcha “concentrate” at the beginning and just mix it with a little bit of hot water it dissolves a lot better in the oat milk and adding ice and getting the milk from the fridge will keep it cold

Have IBS for 30 years. There is a strong brain/gut connection so things effecting your central nervous system could effect your digestion and often do. Food alone is not the only culprit. Also for me, supplements, veggies, lettuce, and certain other healthy type foods can actually make IBS worse and be harder on your stomach. Good luck and keep up the videos 📹 👍

I just had a food sensitivity test done last week and I cannot wait to get my results. I've been struggling with a lot of things that you mentioned in your video. PRAYING I don't have to give up coffee but luckily I actually freaking love Matcha Lattes so I'll live if I do (and DEF trying your recipe)! 😍I am grateful for the power that we have to control what goes into our bodies! It's amazing how healing it can be to just simply change your diet! Can't wait to see what I am able to do to heal my body as well. Much love! 💕

I took the food sensitivities test and dairy and gluten came up super high and ever since I’ve cut out that and been taking care of my gut more I’ve felt so much better!!

Hey Kylie, love your vids. I noticed you still drink pre-workout, I know that is a natural pre, but they still contain quite a few intense ingredients that can strip the lining of the gut if taken quite often. When my gut bad I stopped drinking pre and it really helped. Now I may have it every once in awhile and. I can tolerate it. :)

hi!!! i’m not a doctor but i do struggle with IBS and something that really triggers it is garlic and onion!! i noticed you eat that often so if you’re still struggling with stomach aches maybe try cutting that out! it’s crazy hard bc it’s in everything but there’s a line at whole foods called “foody” and they have spices that follow the low FOD map!!

For the matcha, add hot water to it (just a little) and whisk it with a matcha whisk. I also recommend sifting it before adding water. Then, add ice and the oat milk and that’s how you get a perfect iced matcha. I know it seems like a lot but it really isn’t at all and it makes all the difference!! 💚

I had severe issues with IBS in high school to the point where i was known for being the person who had to go to the bathroom all the time. In fact there was an acronym created by my peers for when i had my episodes (but we wont go into that). Luckily i seemed to out grow the typical IBS symptoms but now into my adulthood ive noticed that its triggered by anxiety rather than random incidents. For everyone out there struggling with IBS, do not feel like you're alone. ALOT of people have to deal with this problem and if you're lucky it may eventually resolve itself. Just dont let anyone get you down. Love you all!

I struggled with almond milk (without even realizing it) for a pretty long time. Made the switch over to oat milk and it made a HUGE difference; I would definitely recommend sticking with it for a few weeks to see if that makes any difference for you. Also, finished week 1 mentality Monday today....I am sweaty, dead and grateful for you!!

a lot of plant milks have unnecessary ingredients that are so damaging to the gut, make sure the ingredients are as simple as possibles! no need for gums or emulsifiers

My FAVORITE matcha recipe is: matcha, a little bit of hot water (enough to mix the matcha all the way, but not to distract from the rest of the flavors), coconut cream (Trader Joe's is THE best), honey, and oat milk (also recommend Trader Joe's). Pop all of it in a blender, pour over ice and BOOM, it's beyond delicious. Just kind of eye ball everything to your preference. Definitely some more effort, but very much worth it! :)

Usually mushrooms and brussel sprouts are considered high fodmap foods but if they’re fine on your food sensitivity test then it’s no biggie 😊 love your channel you go girl! 💛

Use hot water when mixing the matcha concentrate once it starts foaming that’s when you know it’s mixed. I use a rapid mixer but a fork is fine. Pour it over your iced oat milk and stir!

YES I recently started making matcha latte's every morning too! I love it!! I love coffee still too, but love switching it up and just knowing all the health benefits it provides! Also, recently added a probiotic back into my diet and love the effects I'm seeing! 😍

Such an interesting video! At some point my body said no more coffee the taste literally disgusted me and when I was a training athlete I felt like it dehydrated me so I switched to green tea ,matcha and lemon juice in my water Love this vlog Thanks for sharing 🥰

My nutritionist encouraged me to peel the skin off of bell peppers because it is difficult to digest. I know it sounds weird but I have been doing it for 2 months now and peppers no longer bother my stomach at all!

Girl! Have you ever tried Ocean’s Halo stir fry sauce with broccoli and veggies? I get it at Whole Foods or Target. It’s low sugar/gluten free/dairy free (all the things) marinade. The terryaki one is so good with salmon and protein! I’m so grateful for Jesus.

You take fish oil? It helps with inflammation and immunity! Also the matcha has a great combination of L-Theanine which is good for focus and the caffeine in matcha compliments the L-Theanine with the energy spark! Food for thought!

So I had the blood test done because we are trying to find out about autoimmune for me. My doctor suggested cut everything on my list for 3 months then add back one food at a time to see how I feel, to really find the food issues.

Have you tried to go gluten free on some products like bread and wraps,you eat healthy so just a small change might help. Remember some people have very mild symptoms like myself and other's react differently with a bread crumb. Just a thought small changes.

Keep in mind with those tests for allergens is testing if your body is responding to a foreign substance which it will regardless of what it is, I definitely recommend watching the video doctor mike put out regarding allergy testing

This is a great starting place...great job!!! Probiotics are awesome Just don't rely on them. Your body will adjust. Awesome job on the coffee. Cold brew coffee is 99.9% acidic😉

Ahhh ily! Kylieee you should get a gallon water bottle! I have one and it helps me drink A TON. Also, some constructive criticism is instead of using the word “clean” use “wholesome” just because “clean” is very much a diet culture word that can be very triggering for some. Lots of love!!🤍🤍

When you get the kitchen done, you really should get a Air Fryer...The fish is AMAZING in the air fryer...baked like the oven but crispy like a fryer...and so much faster than the big oven. You can put everything in it just like the oven. 😀
