One of the great effects of your videos is that they make me feel so completely alright with how I do things naturally - rather than make me think that I have to take on 50 new habits TODAY to make my morning respectable. You have that effect because you’re so at peace with who you are, it’s genuinely infectious.
I really love the 30 minute idea. My phone is always the last thing I see when I go to bed and first thing I look at when I wake up.. it feels like i'm always mindlessly scrolling!!
Natacha im afraid your are not supposed to leave the tea bag on the water infusing more than two minutes, maybe that is the main reason why you dont like it and the taste is not nice. Give it a try¡ xxx

That 8 hours of sleep sounds so nice *wipes away a tear* I've recently developed a muscle twitch just below my left eye and one of the doctors at the clinic I work in told me its from lack of sleep. So I have to do better! Thank you for reminding us of the importance of healthy sleep!
When people say mean things to or about you, it’s not about you. It’s almost always about them and their insecurities. Sometimes we want to take things a little personally, because it means that we’re important. But truth be told, people are mostly thinking about themselves. And they don’t care about us as much as we’d like to think they do. For me, this was the best realization. People don’t remember what you wore or said nearly as much as you think about it. Let’s stop obsessing and taking ourselves so seriously.
Natacha, I'm fairly new to your channel so I've been going back and watching some of your old videos because why not? The world is still in COVID mode and your videos are really inspiring me to stay active and productive (and also serve as a nice mental break between tasks). right know I'm struggling with anorexia, so I have a hard time dealing with all of it. I know that it isn't important, but I just get so scared if I feel my thighs touching, and I hope to get some insight on how important it is to others.

Love that. I think having a special morning routine is so important to set the right mindset for the day. I have never done that. I just jumped out of the bed and was stressed about how I get all things done that day. Now I take little bit more time, get up earlier just to get myself in a positive mindset and that I eat healthy food this day and go to the gym. It really helped me ☺️☺️

Loved this! Literally same about the tea and hot water thing. I LOVE HOT CHOCOLATE. I drink tea if I'm with others who are drinking it or while I'm painting it can be nice, but otherwise, hot chocolate is my go to.
I'm trying to stick to that 30 minute rule before I go to sleep and in the mornings just use my phone for meditation and some music! Loved this video! After I finished watching it I decided that I will try to use my phone less in the morning/evening. Tea only tastes good if its good quality and, if you can, loose leaf. Whenever I drink tea in a bag I can TASTE THE BAG. I love a good irish breakfast black tea, soooo good.

Just watching this morning routine video makes me realize how having a structured day allows you to optimize your time and to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously... It usually takes me several weeks to kill my house plants; you killed yours instantaneously whilst also leaving the house.

natacha, for tea to taste good, don't leave it steeping for forever. if u oversteep, the tea tastes bitter. the packaging should have a recommended steep time so follow that.
