I can totally, totally feel you. It happened in a span of 2 years for you, it went on for 5 years for me, same story, same things went in a cycle, I had 3 relationships of 8 months, that didn't ended well, it actually ended just like your's did, then I finally had a serious relationship, which I thought would last forever, but it ended. I didn't learned my lessons in the starting 3 years of this ongoing cycle but this last relationship of 1.5 years made me learn my lessons, eventually. I now have clear visions of what I want to be, how I want to be, what I want from my life, who are the people I want in my life and everything. This last breakup I had, was truly a blessing for me.

This was such a therapeutic video like I was sitting with my best friend and discussing all the shit we have been through. Sometimes I feel that we are aware of all these red flags but consciously or subconsciously we still do these repetitive mistakes. Now I can actually smell the bullshit from a mile away if there is any. I have slowly become adept at realising that my mind might think everything is okay but I should listen to my gut- do I feel safe, okay and at peace with this person all the time? I also realised that time before having a relationship really matters...its okay to be friends for a while and to observe them cause consistency in their behavior, and how both people get along is very important . Also how small cues reveal a big part of how people are( the small cues show us the red flags which we need to avoid).
