I have the gaggia classic pro and can’t recommend more as a starter. Previously a barista and waiting on my ECM dream machine. The gaggia is great with the full basket and professional steam wand.

Nice setup! I got a Niche Zero 1 year ago, and love it. I have a Bezzera BZ13 espresso machine. It doesn't have two boilers, but seems to do the job. That Linea Mini is a beautiful machine.

I saw that machine and I had to click on the video. I did not know that La Marzocco even made home machines. They have one of those at my favorite coffee shop in town. I love my Gaggia, but that machine looks super sweet, love the white color too.☕😍

I am super envious. My humble Starbucks Barista machine is dying and I thought to myself I wonder how much one of those puppies were that you were unboxing. When I saw how much I thought it should come with a Barista, a Cabana boy, a maid and butler too. Whew where I live that’s a used car price!

I get them from different roasters! I usually go through a 12oz bag weekly so I like to try out different roasters. Some of my favorites are Onyx’s Monarch, %Arabica’s arabica blend, PT’s Coffee Flying Monkey, and Copa Vida Go Espresso beans.
