Finally! I put my time into doing my Green Juice Video. I have received so many benefits from drinking home-made nutrient packed juices as my habit. I try to drink at least 3 juices a week. When I'm good, I do 7 days a week. It is really healthy and it's been amazing for my body, mind, and soul. I hope you enjoy it and don't find my video too long. Red Apple 🍎: lower high cholesterol and blood pressure, support a healthy immune system
Green Apple 🍏: high in fibre, low in sugar
