Piece of advise to the dude who thinks he's being polled over unfairly, for not stopping at stop signs for e.g. get a dashcam, you can them for under a 100 bucks, even under $50, they show how you drive and have the added advantage that if you have an accident it can show what happened. Of course the camera might prove the opposite, in his case so he won't want one.
To the Honda driver's credit, when i first moved to the DFW area, I was pulled over 5 days a week by the same officer for almost three weeks straight. Never got a ticket, and the explanation was that vehicle was a suspicious vehicle. Mind you, I have a clean record and was driving a black infinity g35. Only after I got a police captain friend of mine to go with me to the police station did it end. Two years later, the same officer pulled me over for a legitimate issue (headlight was out). As soon as he looked at my ID he tossed it in lap, got in his car, and drove off without a word. Not saying this dude is being targeted, but it does happen on occasion.

Nah he's in the right place, professional drivers are some of the worst drivers on the road. He's still leagues better than even an average cab driver.
never question the logic of why the cop did not pull you over sooner... being pulled over twice for the same thing when you admit that the first one was justified...
14 is a kid; HOWEVER. I'm seeing 14 year old's breaking an entering, Assaulting old people, Stealing cars and acting just as degenerate their adult role models. So while there may not be a good reason in this case, I wouldn't give a blanket statement that there is "never a reason".
OUTRAGEOUS that the Judge didn't allow the ticket to be amended. Just goes to show you shouldn't cut people like that a break. I GUARANTEE they are watching for your car to break the law again.
I agree that Absentinia is a beautiful place. I just bought a small plot of land with a house on it. It's my summer home for now, but I shall be retiring there when the time comes.

That "I was in fear of my life" excuse is getting olllld. It's one of the most over-used excuses I hear. All it is does is imperil those who actually were/are.
The deeper problem is that the fear is real to most of this demographic. It can lead to very irrational and dangerous actions that increase the risk of lethal results.
I get so sick of people using the excuse “I feared for my life“ like the cop rushed up n him with a knife or something. If you would stop breaking the law you would not be stopped and you wouldn't have to pay tickets. Your car is being targeted too? What a poor poor victim you are. You've been stopped 2 Whole Times?!? Maybe they Are targeting you!!! You are still fearing for your life right now? In zoom court? Think they can shoot you thru the screen? 😂 This invisible guy, suing everyone, is going to law school at Chilli University.
