My hair fall was becoming a major concern and I felt helpless in controlling it. After analyzing possible reasons such as stress, diet, and lifestyle issues, I took action. I incorporated natural hair oiling, practicing yoga daily for 10 minutes, and using cocoonion hair oil by littleextra brand for 2 times a week. In addition, I switched to the same brand's shampoo for washing my hair in the morning. The result is that my hair fall has reduced significantly, and my hair is growing longer and stronger. I'm from India living in a small village......my mom make herbal hair oil at home itself......I'm suggesting you to make "curry leaves (handful)+Fenugreek (2tablespoons) make a paste and add 200 ml coconut or olive oil.....fry this paste in coconut oil about 20-30 minutes.....then strain it...and store it in a glass bottle.....it really works.....it strengthens the roots a lot

As a girl really suffering from hair thinning problems and trying to improve the hair density,simple steps any Indian Girl can follow: 1. Plz check ur hormones including thyroid and vitamin D( they are mostly the culprit) 2. Iron and other vitamins deficiency. 3.stress 4. Onset of androgenic alopecia How to combat: Fix the bloody hormones by going to a doctor and taking medicines. Iron, b- vitamins, vitamin D, seeds, adequate protein 2. Apply of regular oiling with cold presses organic oil.. olive coconut mustard sweet almond castor oil. 3. Apply of onion juice( started working for me within a month) 4. Use of herbs like bhringraj, amla, jatamansi, methi, kalonji. If the water is hard, and can not find a shower which filter hard water, use ACV after shampoo. It helps. 5 minoxidil ( for life it has to be used ) 6. Pray to god that ur hair comes back😅 7. And last stop colouring, blow drying or damaging ur hair and scalp till you get the b volume back. Hi Mira hope your well, it's a great subject, I was just searching hair shampoo and came across your videos, your looking very fresh and beautiful as usual, i always love this topic because we all have hair fall, remember hair fall is natural it's apart of a cycle resting stage telegen stage which stops growing and then sheds which is the catagen phase cycle and that's when we lose hair, it goes on like this it's a normal part of hair growth and what falls off is dead hair. as hairdresser I'm still learning, always use a clarifying shampoo do not apply condition e everytime you wash ,yes ur right let hair dry naturally ans stop applying heat heat is the worst thing you can use on your hair, and nothing to do with product they won't work, if hair is damaged by heat. Just embrace your hair and treat it. I think you have beautiful hair just need some treatment. I loved this videos it's good to know that you shared this it makes me learn more about others experiences. Don't let a doctor judge why yiur hair falls out k ow for urself as what medication they give may effect with other things please only ask a doctor if you have rash spots or sadness or any fungus allergies to the scalp. otherwise simple things like diet and washing it proper. I had a serious hair fall in Delhi . So I tried something. I mixed castor oil coconut oil ,almond oil and olive oil. I used to heat it up little bit before applying as castor is thick . I used to apply this regularly twice or thrice in a week and it has been two years since i am using this..it made my hair thick with less hair fall .and infact my receding hairline has got baby hairs now which are growing into full length hair. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was using Fenugreek and black seeds i put the mox of these ingredients in coconut oil left it on sunlight n later i used it on my hair..but it didn't make ny difference? Whyy
My experience: Iron deficiency and protein deficiency in diet are the biggest causes of hair fall! It's a fact. Not just good hemoglobin but also very good iron stores help grow hair well in terms of texture and thickness. As soon as I increased my protein intake, my hair started growing so well. B vitamin supplements helped too. And all the things Mira emphasized that tying silk scrunchie or silk hair cap, not combing hair when wet, using wooden comb to reduce friction, using less chemicals to wash hair are very useful. Shikakai, reetha, amla hibiscus powder mixture once a week instead of shampoo helped me. Anybody with experience on trimming hair on full moon? Heard a lot about it but never tried. Kindly share.
I bought different packets of each. Or you can make your own reetha shikakai powder. I prefer buying for the want of time and mix them together in equal proportions in warm water , leave it overnight , mix fresh aloe vera juice in it in morning and apply for half an hour. Rub a little and wash it off. Taking it off hair can be a lil tricky but mixing aloe juice makes it easier

I'm 15 years old and from 12 years old my hair is just tremendously falling out. Although I had been infected with tuberculosis, pneumonia from that year it started. the medicine I took played a huge role in my hair shedding. But for 3years falling out so many hair strands still going on, I'm about to get broken any time cause it's not going to be how it was! I had such long and frizz-free hair that I can't believe my eyes what happened to me! I always cry about that. I even count my hair strands. Kinda act like a mental patient when it's about hair. The love I have for my hair is immense. But couldn't do anything. I got bald but no changes I see. No remedy works. We aren't financially stable to eat well and look after my hair. And I overthink every little stuff. In the end, I would say after all of these things I have hair, Alhamdulillah. I May not get the hair I always had but I'll have to accept this after crying.

Thank you for sharing its really helpful. I am vegetarian too. I suggest my vegetarian friends to eat sprouts 3 days a week which fulfils b12, b6 deficiencies , add omega 3 flax seeds in your diet and start applyin flax seeds gel on your hair before every wash. You will see the difference.
Speaking from my experince: - Completely stop fap or reduce it to maximum one per week. It will help reduce hairfall, but not entirely stop it. Blood is needed to make semen. So, if you ejaculate, your body will use blood to make new semen and your body than will not have much blood to send to your head & hence, hairfall. So, take your decision & do the right thing. - Sleep atleast 7 hours. Our body naturally produces antioxidants during sleep, so sleep 10-5. Don't be late. - Eat good, no packaged products, as less oily as possible, big no to anything that has sugar, no tea in morning (you can have one in afternoon) - I am not sure about nail rubbing but if you believe in it than you can do it. - 10 min sunlight before 9 am. Don't even go outside after 10 am. - Testosterone is necessary for hair. It's excessive Testosterone or very low testosterone that results in hairfall. An optimal level is required. So, exercise 30 minutes or more, 6 days/week (but no powder or dabba for making fake muscles). My exercise routine is 50 pushups, 50 uththak baithak, 50 crunches, 5 min rope skipping, 5 min head stand, 5 min meditation - Approx 35 min. Very much doable with job. No excuse. - Very very very important thing - water, 2.5l in morning on empty stomach, after exercise, 1 hour after meal & whenever you get time. It will clean blood, liver, kidney. Liver is very great organ, it deactivates excess DHT and than our kidneys eliminate that excess DHT. So, take care. Disclaimer: This routine worked for me. Not sure will work for you. Everyone's body is different. My hairfall hasn't stopped yet but it is reducing, I have encouraging results. I am still working, progressing & improving. Remember, healing is a time taking process. Aapka hairfall bhi saalo me hua h to sahi karne me 1 saal to lagega. Try it for atleast 90 days and see if this helps you or not. As far as oiling your hair is concerned, you can use sarson oil (yellow mustard oil) with methi seeds boiled in that oil. There are many things like rosemary oil, peppermint oil, coconut oil, aloe vera, curry leaves, amla oil. You can use whatever you like. I use mustard oil + methi seeds, also I have trimmed my hairs (with number 2 blade) so that oil actually touches scalp. Hairfall is inner body problem so oil, curd, onion juice won't get you permanent results. You have to heal and balance your body from inside. So, eating amla will be better than amla oil in hairs, eating almond is better than almond hair oil. Eat walnut, peanuts, spinach, seasonal fruits, seasonal vegetables. Remember time is king. Whatever schedule you follow, do it on same time every day. If you sleep at 10, than sleep at 10 everyday. Wake up at the same time everyday. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - make a habit to have them at same fixed time everyday.

Hey Mira! Such a lovely video! I realised my hair fall was also triggered by the Covid and HPV vaccinations. I suffered from the 2nd wave of covid as well and it was bad! fast fwd a few months, I started experiencing terrible hair fall. I made a hair oil at home using castor oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, fenugreek seeds, kalonji seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion. All cooked together, cooled, strained and bottled (my batch was about 100-120 ml total). I would add a few drops of pure rosemary essential oil and some ginger juice in about a tbsp of the oil right before application (enough to cover my whole hair). Sometimes, I finish it with aloe vera gel. Aloe gel calms the scalp and takes away the itchiness. I would make it a point to wash my hair ONLY after oiling it with this mixture.. My hair fall reduced by 80% in just a couple of weeks. Additionally, hydration is extremely important. And also knowing that we all have shedding months where hair WILL fall out more than usual. Lastly, hair requires a lot of love. Idea is to never stop the care. The frequency of it can go up or come down but one must be consistent. Once my hair stopped falling, I stopped the regular oiling, etc., last year and the hair shedding started again this year. I think I lost more than 50% of hair and started seeing too many bald patches. I have again fixed it and now I feel sooooo much better because now my hair fall has almost stopped again. Also, I'm a vegan. :) Additional care was needed. love and great hair health to all. xoxo
Sorry, this shower filter recommended does not work. When I tested the hardness it was same from the shower as the unfiltered tap - 275 ppm. I have had it for only 5-6 months. Did you change the filter?

Look up rosemary oil for hairfall/growth,it acts as natural dth blocker. It is as good as minidoxil. It takes about 6 mo ths of consistent use to see the difference . I hope It works for you. And if you are not eating healthy then start doing that. No fast food, no street food, only home cooked food. Get vit d levels checked, vit d is essential for hair too and take supplements based on deficiency. Other than that take biotin, don't go overboard with it, carefully select a proper supplement and take foe no more than 3 months.
@@anantrana1497 I don't know but the claims are backed by science. There are researcher paper about rosemary oil being as effective as minodoxil. I am using it and do see a difference, but it can be attributed to other factors too but I do feel that rosemary oil is working. Also, they say it takes about 6 months of religious use to see significant improvements, but it is still better than using chemicals. If you want to try it, you need to mix a few drops of rosemary oil in carrier oils, I am mixing it in onion oil. Never use rosemary oil directly by itself on scalp as it is an essential oil and that could lead to irritation. When I used rosemary oil for the first time at night, in the morning I could smell a familiar smell which I encountered when I used kera xl, I think it the smell of dth being blocked. Do your thorough research before following any advice.

I wore ponytails, hats, combed my hair when it was wet, went to bed with wet hair, and didn't brush my hair most of my life (it made it frizzy). NONE of those things ever hurt my hair. Hairdressers always told me I had a lot of hair. I had so much hair that I didn't even hardly have a scalp. When I was 49, I moved into an apartment that had a water softener. I had never used softened water before. And my hair started falling out. I'm still in that apartment, and it continues to fall out.

Try to ingest brahmi leaves/ booti tablets or living plant leaves. ( this I will try next), 4.aloe vera gel is absorbed fast, put pure brahmi oil, bhringraj oil, hibiscus oil in aloe gel in apply in roots. 5. I stopped using coconut oil in scalp. American dr told me it's increasing dandruff in my scalp, rather eat 🥥coconuts. 6. Try shu-umera conditioner+ sampoo. I think it's good.

My experience: Take b complex supplements ( becosoule), and include flaxseeds in your diet. Use SLS free shampoo. I use khadi SLS shampoo, it's inexpensive and works fine.
