Black pepper and Parmesan cheese are never optional, they are mandatory at all TIMES!!!!!!! - with the 6th & 7th recipes, I would of added a bit of diced ham, but that's just me, I love a bit of ham.. 😁 But you've given me a couple of new potato recipes to try, thanks lass.

Here in the lower Ohio river Valley, which I can only assume the same elsewhere, is starting it's 4th week in this current Heat Wave, 97 F (36.11 C), 75% Humidity today, people going outside that's not acclimated will Die, think I'll just stay right here and watch Ms Sophie do her Mojo Empiriator, (You can cook on any metal surface outside that's exposed to the Sun)
I was going subscribe until I actually took the time to realise that a woman was making this dish. Honestly if my hubby wanted that everyday he can make it for himself. I enjoy being creative not repetitive in the kitchen.

To be honest, either you are trained Chef (couldn't find a better way to say it) or a very well self-trained 'Amateur'. Don't get me wrong, I'm singing you to high praises, tried out quite a few of your recipes and they are 'Lecker' 😀 What I see you do though, is the way you hold your fingers to cut stuff. And the way e.g. you cut the onions. I think a lot of people would be interested in 'the Finger holding' and the simple way you cut onions, the slicing and dicing. I would do a vid about that 🙂 Anyway, love your channel a lot!!!
