for my ladies who have back acne! if you are washing out your conditioner after cleansing your whole body, i STRONGLY recommend washing your back again with an acne wash to prevent any potential for back acne from the conditioner touching your back. This is what helped me clear up my bacne as well as spraying my back with hypochlorous acid.
@@joselyn8604 for chest acne I would recommend not applying perfumes directly on the chest area if you are sensitive in that region, just apply perfume on your clothes, and make sure to not wear any jewelry that could give you an allergy because of the type of metal. and use a benzoyl peroxide wash like panoxyl.
Love these videos. I just learned I’ve been brushing, flossing and rinsing incorrectly. My dentist stated to floss, rinse all of the bad junk from your mouth and then brush and do not rinse. That way once you brush, you’re not removing the tooth paste from your mouth and it’ll work best if saving this step off last.
Should you scrape your tongue before or after brushing it? I heard someone say you should do it before, so the fluoride doesn't get scraped off, but I'm not sure.

Girlsss. This is a Friendly Reminder! Body Scrub are actually damaging for your skin as every Physical exfoliant so instead a physical exfoliant use a Chemical one like Black Soap (2-3x a week) and use a Medical low Ph Body Soap for every day uses. Also use instead of regular Wasch loafs a African net Sponge (and wash it after every use) because Loafs actually can cause Body acne because the dirt get build up in the loaf, also use before your lotion any Body oil because it locks the moisture in the skin and will keep you Hydrate. I found this things recently after struggling with my Skin so long I hope I helped some of you Guys out :))) - Ps: Englisch isn’t my first language so be kind ❤
I like the fact that you highlighted flossing the teeth. This is super important and many do not do this regularly. It is also important that you floss after meals as well, and might I also add seeing the dentist every 6 months for routine cleanings.

If you struggle with back acne definitely try to wash out all your conditioner, put your hair up and then thoroughly wash your entire body including your back as the very last part of your shower. It has done wonders for me since conditioner tends to linger.

Tips for washing you hair for a cleaner scalp! Before shower:Scalp oil, Rosemary water and or oil, Bamboo brush 5-15 minutes. During shower: Shampoo twice only on scalp, before conditioning your hair remove excess water for extra moisture. After shower: hair mask or you can do this before showering, only brush your hair (when wet) with a wet brush (specifically made for wet hair)

Love a good smelling lotion, I'm currently loving Hempz green tea and asian pear. I also love the Joico HydraSplash Replenishing Leave-In conditioner, mainly because it's the ONLY scented thing I have ever used that consistently gets a reaction from my husband every time I use it.
Hi Chloe You are a beautiful young lady! Applying many products can irritate your skin and cause inflammation. I’ve been there trust me. The downstairs area is also very sensitive and using oils and creams down there can increase moisture. Unscented cornstarch powder can help to dry down there and prevent moisture if used regularly. Avoid talc at all costs though

NO. Always wash body after the hair is done. You don't want the hair mask or conditioner runs over your body leaving the residue. This causes body bumps

i’m a dental assistant and i just wanted to say be careful with the floss sticks bc they can cause bone loss and you don’t always get all the way down. no hate!! i love your videos
Is there a way of using them that can prevent bone loss? I can’t get myself to floss unless I use one of those plastic pick ones. Is doing it with a less than ideal method still better than it at all, or is using the pick type extremely bad?
@@spacebar9733I use the water flosser and it has changed my damn life 10/10. Amazing floss, always clean and effective, and I don’t need to tug on my teeth or push into my gums 🙌🏻 they aren’t cheap, but I’ve had mine for years and LOVE it.

@monchicken8636 I wish I could be in the shower this long. I live with 3 other people in a very old house. Our hot water doesn't last very long. So if we want to shower, we have about 10 minutes of hot water before it runs out. It sucks. I don't want to complain, though, because some people don't even have a home/running water. I'm grateful for everything I have. Just have to make due with what we have.
I’m personally a big believer in natural deodorants with clean ingredients 🙊 with those, I literally get out of the bath/shower and put them straight on 🙃 even if it’s before bed because they won’t hurt anything and I never start sweating 😉
