Yeah, it really is the nicest colour that the Ice Cream Truck has been available in, at least in my opinion. I’m quite glad that I managed to get hold of it again! :)
Wow! Very timely, I've just bought a Genesis Carabou Fat bike 2016 model I believe, which has a similar frame to the Surly, Cromoly with a plethora of mount options. Mine has 1 x 10 speed Deore groupset but small chain ring on the front so plenty low geared enough. Need to decide on racks, cages etc but as always that decided by route, terrain etc.
You should have a great time with your fat bike, they are great fun! I can really recommend the Tubus Fat Rack if it fits on your frame, good quality and plenty strong without being too heavy.
