My IIM Bangalore Interview Experience as B Com (H) Fresher | What NOT to do in MBA Interviews 

My god. I got goosebumps imagining myself there like now I think even if I crack CAT somehow, I'm definitely going to get rejected in the GDPI rounds. These chain of questions, abstractly asked, with intention to grill me only, is hard for me to take.

Just listening to your interview is giving me goosebumps (and a bit of cringing😂😂) , I would easily fumble in nearly all of the questions you answered ma'am, thank you for sharing this experience!!

Yesterday I had my CAP interview, the 6 things you mentioned out of which 3 things were the same... 1) Mental peace (nervous & demotivated) 2) Drive the interview ( panelists grilled on the topic I'm uncomfortable with) 3) review the achievements/form ( I forgot to go through the achievement, so there I fumble) At the end of interview, I feel disheartened... I wish I watched this video little earlier 🥺 Btw you are doing really great!! keep on

My IIM B interview happened on 14th Feb 2022 and it was literally the best interview ever. It was a smooth conversation with all 3 panelists and by the end, I almost forgot that it was an interview as it had turned into a back and forth conversation. Profile: Bcom Hons., CFA L2, 22 months workex.

You always analyse every small aspect, and give clear suggestions and explanations which has always been helpful for all of us.

Sweta Di...I request you to make a video on how to revise my academics before interview. Because I've always been a kind of student who perform good at exams but after exam I forget my learning. I don't remember concepts, theories, topics, I learned. Can you please help students like us to retain our learning or atleast how to revise it after CAT having 2 3 months in hand before interviews.?

Every video has a consensus that yes, it is because of the average package and ROI. However, the B-school experience is much more than that, so please explain the differences in the after-effects of an MBA from IIT and IIM with respect to the alumni network, job opportunities, social status etc.

Alright Ms.Arora, from what I can deduce, the questions you were asked were all from the background of current affairs, from the background of commerce and achievements of your past. I for one don't have any of the above. The knowledge on current affairs can be gained, but the information about the past achievements and my academic background are all blurred. I have an IT engineering background, so I ask you, what kind of question can be asked by the interviewers? Be it generic. I want the context, the general idea, or is it the game of psychology, the factor of how efficiently you think and present yourself?

Didi , beginning with my CAT preparations & have joined the TIME institute. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m absolutely baffled because I am not getting the concepts of Critical reasoning & Reading comprehension. I had this perception that I could read things but that perception of mine was crushed . Don’t know what to do apart from working hard . Please suggest because I am totally new at it & it feels bad sometimes to not be able to respond to teachers while others could do it .

dude ... i hope i get asked such questions ..... branding wala part was quiet easy know .... variable cost if branding is done for a particular products, capitalise to intangible asset if value addition is identifiable ..... same with bitcon, digital currency but not money as it is not accepted generally though some people use it was form of exchange in personally accepted transactions. would probably say sorry i don't know to the the ques on what's written on currency notes ... Money gives you purchasing power !!!!! not RBI giving it in return of money if this is an IIM interview, i am just a 99 percentile away from IIM

Isnt he too much into everything? For that question I think they were talking about his determination. How he is too much into habituating mars though there are strong opposing groups. He exhibits this characteristic on everything he does despite the odds right? When I first heard the question, I thought that is what they were referring to. The answer given was how he has his hands on everything right?
