My Insane Experience At An Official Nintendo Tournament 

Congrats on playing in the tournament. When Splatoon 3 comes out, I'm going to try my hardest to be in one.

I love y'all's team. It's fun watching a team who use unique weapons. It gets boring watching people use the same weapons over and over again. Y'all are always entertaining to watch

I love the funny endings to the win-ensured games. From squidbagging, to watching the TV at 23:05, it's just a fresh reminder that it's all fun and games and that it's all in the same community.

Oh shit I was actually there! That was such a great watch, it was so intense, I remember it went all the way to round 7, and then one of my favorite weapons for a while was revealed afterwards (the camo tenta brella) Edit: only said this after you said this was in 2019, also pretty cool to know I subbed to someone I saw all the way back then Edit 2: if that person was also chanting “Sheldon’s picks” after the tournament ended that was me XD

I had an interesting special idea while doing the groceries The trawler, an ink wall like net carried by tiny helicopter torpedos or by some kind of baloons You can push it around by shooting at the baloons/torpedos and the enemies can destroy it by shooting them down I imagine it slightly wider than the tent shield I like it because it sounds balanced and it's sea theemed

This was a great video, the analysis of each match combined with the tension each one has made it a really fun watch

I remember watching this tournament live! It's the first NA championship I've seen and it's one of the main reasons I got into comp. I saw this and I thought "I'm going to do everything it takes to play on that stage someday". I've been working towards it ever since. Chara, you've inspired me to play competitive and you're my favorite top level player and context creator. I just hope you know that your hard work hasn't gone unnoticed.

I’ve played in a few tournaments, including one Nintendo one. Of course we didn’t get too far, but it still helped my competitive skill rise. On one of the tournaments, a team I was on (and played with for that tournament) got 60th out of like 500 something, which really boosted my confidence and made me more determined to get into more competitive play

Wow, tournament is so cool, you guys too. I mean, I subscribe you because you guys has the best team coordination I ever watch So actually jet squelcher is good at tournament, huh, especially in no subs format. But I see a few people use it too in battle with sub. Good to see it works after all, I just cant bring out its potential then Good luck guys in splatoon 3

Seeing this in person was awesome! But as someone who has never been to a LAN event it got me thinking.. Do you think there's a place for mainstage/top team only events where a regular attendee's role is just that of a spectator/audience member? A key selling point of a LAN is that you get to play in the event you're going to but what if that weren't an option? It works for overwatch, league of legends & literally any other comp game. Or will it take Splatoon 3 being "e-sports" level for that to even be feasible? Great video btw!!

great video as always! this is unrelated, but i wanna get your opinion on something. most of us know the other day there was a hacker on x rank cb who discovered an anti cheat bypass and a way to remove a ban. do you think that hackers are now going to be on the rise given that there isnt really much moderation anymore and that nintendo isnt updating splatoon 2 anymore and instead focusing on the next game or do you think that nintendo will come by and solve the issue? or do you think the bypass wont be commonly used or something? im a little misinformed about it all so i could be overthinking it, regardless i wanna know what you think. i sure hope splatoon 2 doesnt start turning into the first game now
