As always shrey never disappoints ❤️❤️❤️, for next video you can try rajma chawal, chole bhature, khichdi or something sweet like halwa, kheer etc. That bhel was looking yum🤤 though.
I really like that India Has Varieties both in Veg & Non-Veg items This is like a snack we do in homes and as well as it can be bought in outside Street Foods....we call it as Barahmasala(Barah in Hindi means 12 , masala is masala so combines if is 12 masala) As a famous name it is Bhel puri only... i.e, we mix 12 different items like Tomato,onions,nuts,Boondi..etc into it to make it delicious....
I would very much love to see next travel blog in Italy you guys. Also it would be fun to know Giulia's brother as well. I was thinking Shrey was doing fusion when he added things like bhujiya and different powders to common bhelpuri. Needless to say, I feel hungry. Lol

My favorite videos are these!! I really enjoy them. Did you add boiled and chopped potato to the mix? And, Shrey why didn't you use chopped dhania patta (chopped coriander) for garnish at the end!! You did great otherwise 9/10 😊😋👍
Romans had huge naval -trade with India. There were even Roman towns in India (Tamil Nadu). Indian devas (demi Gods) have huge similarities with Greek - Roman Gods.
When I was bachelor, my friend once told me ...before you marry just meet the Girl's mother to know the kind of girl you have chosen to get married ❤️! Now, after watching Gulia and her Mother; I remember my friend's words ! Shrey you are truly Lucky !! Best wishes 🎉 🎈 to both of you and your families as well.💞
Better way to do it would be to add all sauces and veggies together then add the dry ingredients like bhujia, mixture and puffed rice.. Mix it up, sprinkle peanuts and some coriander.. That way the bhel will be crunchy for way longer..
have them try some food like misal pav, vada pav, sabudana vada, onion poha, sabudana khicdhi, dhokla, fafda, jalebi, undiyo, muthiya, kandvi, dhabeli, pakoras etc.
Hi to both - you make a lovely Couple To all people watching this you are just discovering ' INDIAN FOOD ' and you have tried ONLY 1 % of the thousands of varieties of EXOTIC MOUTH WATERING INDIAN STUFF You must guide her to make these items - she will learn and gain Knowledge and interest EAST OR WEST INDIA IS THE BEST
So Chef Shrey, what’s next? How about Paani Puri using Soya Sauce & served in a Batura instead if Puri? The expression on the face of Guilia’s Mom, after a few bites around 9.37, was priceless & said it all. 😉 Bro, Ketchup & Cucumber in Bhel Puri 🤔 ?
I am a bit disappointed by the fact that Giulia's parents don't do that famous Italian hand gesture at all. I have never seen them doing that. Maybe it's a just a movie thing. I was always fascinated by Godfather movie. Can you do a video on explaining various hand gestures and what do they mean in Italy please ? Thank you.
Love from India 🇮🇳. 🥰 & your new Subscriber. Shrey Bhai, yummy Bhel. Although you forgot to add many things like date & tamrind chutney, split chicpea(fried masaaledaar chana daal), kachhi Keri(green mango), nylon sev (thinnest), & especially a lot of fresh yunmy Coriander, Lemon, etc . (Why the ketchup?🤪) 😀 still 9 on 10 for your effort . 👌 😋😋😋 my 2nd favorite Street Food.
I love Love LOVE Giulia's mum Nadia ❤❤❤ Love and beat wishes from Bombay, India dear sweet Nadia 😘😘😇 You are a beautiful lady, inside and out🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 God Bless You🌹
I am not sure if this bhel was the best one can make. Shrey added the tomatoes, cucumber and the chutneys and ketchup a bit too early. This is likely to make the bhel very soggy. One should add the wet ingredients in the end to get the bhel to retain its crunch. May be he likes it the other way.
Stick an onion in the fridge for at least an hour before you cut it. If it is cold, then gases from the onion don’t float up and into your eyes. You can also fill a bowl half full of water and cut the onion under water. Or keep it whole and cut horizontal and vertical slices, keeping the onion ‘closed’ until you can’t anymore. All of these things will cut the tears down significantly. Just saying..
