Yes, great views of the ocean. That's what I miss about Okinawa. I was stationed at Camp Foster Aug74-Sep75.

Its a beautiful view & every time you turn another beautiful view! They fo a better job of dealing w/ typhoons than we do here in the states!

@@QBNTO1 old time military brat both parents loved Oki more than than a western state! They loved Guam more too but if you have never been there you would never know it! Loved the prople too! Enjoy!

what are the prospects for purchasing units like this or in other areas in Okinawa?

The prospects are good of course I’m not real estate expert so I’d reach out to Joy housing and ask them what the possibilities are or just do a Google search.
