Poutine - it's Canada's comfort food. It's originally from Quebec in French Canada. Crispy fries, gravy and cheese curds (made with squeaky cheese) it's absolutely delicious!

Beautiful Gatineau AND Poutine, what more can you ask for?? For me a first rate Britbox cuppa, no coffee or pop for me. Have you taken your parents to Tim Hortons for Timbits or a lovely Honey Cruller?
