Three night float shifts on labor & delivery can either be calm and uneventful, or chaotic chaos...the fun part is you never know which one you'll get until you get there. These nights were some of the most fun, growing, and memorable experiences I have had as a medical student. So much for a simple introduction into labor and delivery, but what a way to continue through my OB/GYN rotation.
