My Life Before The Landcruiser | Bluetti AC200P 2000W Power Station 

Just found your channel, just picked up the bluetti 200p I still have it and it’s three boxes in my living room. Just got back from a 7000 mile cross country trip Salt Lake City to Maine to visit friends and family and bury my closest friend. Came back home to my bluetti Wish I had it back east it was so hot and muggy fortunately I was plugged into my friends driveway all seven of them as a driveway mooched for two months. Of my friends now I’m just back to Utah retired and going to sell my house and get the hell out of here and go travel around with my van, my bushwhacker +17 FL my two dogs in my bluetti. It’s weird having no agenda but I’m starting to get used to it. Love what you do! Peace and love

We just received our Bluetti AC50s yesterday in the mail. Looking forward to using it next month in Colorado on our vacation camping trip.

Great review! I bought my 4runner to overland, but the more I am ready to change it over the more I believe I should have bought a sprinter van or something cause my dog takes up the entire cargo area. Keep up the great videos, glad I came across your channel.

I just bought this Bluetti. I did a ton of research on various power stations. To my mind the Bluetti is the best on the market. I will be using it to power my van instead of going through the pain of building my own electrical system. You can use the 12 volt 30 amp outlet to power a fuse panel so you can run your lights, fridge and water pump. This is a great all in one unit suitable for all but those who have enormous power consumption needs. Love your channel.

Totally didn't know you or your history. Was searching for more user information the power bank (bought one and waiting for delivery) and the screen grab just showed super car with super looking person in front of it and I thought "avoid" cause it would be cheesy. I was wrong. Thanks for the quick rundown on the unit. More so with the little off the subject into the car scene, the passion behind it / people you meet along the way, the little rant about how things are a little wacky there right now, and the freedom you find being out in the bush. that was cool. Refreshing even. Rock on!

The DC Output 12V/25A is usually used to connect to a boat or RV - to provide power to the systems there so you don't have to plug everything in individually to the power station. A lot of people will use the aviation connector that bluetti sells and just snip the XT60 end, add a couple ring terminals, and wire it right into the panel on the RV or boat. Then you can plug all your stuff into the various outlets on your boat or RV and everything runs from the power station. I'm guessing by the name "aviation plug" that you can use this on a small airplane as well lol, but I don't know anything about planes and their power setups.

We are a Bluetti AC200 Owner. We do move it in and out of our rig. So pros with the AC200 it's only one of a few that can be dual charge at same time. Ie solar 700 watts and the wall outlet same time. One of the fastest to recover for recharging. Yes under 4 hours! Only bummer for us is that the AC side when operating anything over 9 watts will automatically pull 72 watts regardless. So you have alot of wasted power from the inverter on AC side. Few other little things but nothing that should be a deal breaker! All and all nothing close on the market as to what it can offer in its class! Can't wait to see what you do with it. Bluetti makes some very nice products at a very fair market price. ~ Mark (& Teresa)

This is a good review of this product. You need to remember that this unit has 3500 cycles discharging 100%. So if you only discharge to 50% and then recharge that’s only half of 1 cycle. After 3500 cycles it may only charge to an estimated 80%. It’s still good for sometime after that. In the outback you have fewer restrictions. More freedom. More calm. The rover will be on the road soon enough. Can’t wait. Cheers from Vancouver eh!

Having the large separate charging 'brick' eliminates it's heat generated during use from affecting the power station at all. (also reduces the already large size of the power station !) The 'touch-screen' does not have to be smudged-up from greasy fingers if you use a pencil with rubber eraser for making entries on the screen ! I found this by experimentation & the result after several months of use is the touch-screen is still like new ! ! ! Only very light touch required . 19:50 Bigger is ( usually ) better ! Your electric blanket will keep you warm all night since the 60lb Bluetti power station will not likely run out of power . You don't have to worry about charging it as much with the extra capacity . . . . it will take a charge when & where you can/like . . . and it retains that power for future use because it has the " Capacity " ! ! ! I like your 'fake' eyelashes . . . & they probably help keeping drips out of your eyes when it rains ! ! Take care ! RH

Love your channel. I would definitely recommend a full size truck or 4wd van, been traveling with an f250 4x4 with various camper setups for a few years and love it. Currently I have a 36" contractor cap on it downsized from an Alaskan and it is great for solo camping because I have about everything needed without coming close to the weight limits.

For "aviation" type cable think was only named so for make it big and fascinating (and secure cause the thread cant make loosing it ), when I seen in this vid have think about old classic 2 pin cb mic connector most use in '70 from motorola and after in '90 flashlght produicer for recarging cable; if have a truck shop or whatever sell cb , give a try the connector, the thread think was the same of pl antenna... Ciao dall'Italia!!!

🥳...I just bought that same bluetti model. I wish it was gifted to me to do a review. I think that would have been awesome.

I have the Ark Powerpak as my camp power and for me it works perfectly. When my wife, kids and I went touring from South Australia to the Southern half of Western Australia in our L400 Delica and camper trailer we just used the Ark as our main power. All we needed it for was to power our camp led lights, charge our phones and that was pretty much that. Our aim was to get away from technology to a point and not take it with us as there is nothing better than getting away and not hear a thing, it's the most relaxing thing next to the sound of a running creek money can buy 👍 Now the FJ, i can't see it being a full time touring rig so perhaps a weekend play thing or a 1 to 4 week at a time away set up with perhaps a roof top tent and awning plus gear. Now in saying the FJ might work for some people as a full time dedicated tourer due to no family commitments, and i say if that's your goal then go for gold........ And I'm rambling so I'll just stop here 🙂 Love your work, keep up the great content Cheers 👍🇦🇺👍

Hi, you might want to try to figure out a way to charge your bluetti while driving your vehicle from your alternator. This would be a nice option. I know that Goal Zero has this option with a car link kit..... This would be a game changer for you. Thank you very much for making very informative videos, be safe in your travels my friend.

When in the wild it is nice to have a little luxury unless you want the most raw experience but as I get older I like to have some comfort over rawness.

The external charger is a great idea. When your out in the woods, you won't need the charger (weight) and it is better left at homebase. My guess is that this same charger is built into the Jackery and you actually lug it around all the time. Bluetti, smart concept.

Not sure what I'd need to charge with a huge unit like that.....alot of weight and eats up too much space. Looks nice though.....I'm more interested in what happened to the land cruiser. Sucks when your "escape" vehicle breaks down...hope your back "off the road" again soon.

Ok Hello. I’ve watched three of your videos... and I’m subscribing now. This was the best product review yet and I LOL’d a few times because I love how you broke the mold of the standard YT smash, sub, bell departure. I’m starting my own channel from New Years Eve 2021 and have taken the time to “GEAR UP”. That part you said was pure truth. Just get out there and go is right now the hardest part I am facing. However, I’m building my Jeep Trailer named ‘Tiny’ for my adventures (more gear). So yes... more about your FJ Project please!! I also enjoyed the conflict regarding the last video in the snow-melt. I told my wife as I paused the video, “Ok Honey, watch this, this is the moment when a person in the wilds makes an error because she is tired, stressed, time-constrained, and unfamiliar with her chains, this is when the wrong decisions are made.” So I paused the video. Got some coffee and popcorn, and restarted the video! LOL In the end, you made the right decision... turn around. There is a phrase we pilots have called “Better Red Than Dead” which means it is better to be red-faced embarrassed than dead and turning around is not often a choice an over-proud person does, and that’s when it goes bad. So GOOD JOB on getting back by the way you came and thank you for sharing that moment of red-faced frustration with everyone. That and this video got my smash, sub, and bell. Hahaha. You have helped me frame my content on my channel when I share my “am I ranting” moment. Nice to meet you YT neighbor.

I would also find the digital interface a major risk as well. If it gets smashed or disfunctional then you have a great boat anchor. Would be very interested in knowing everything you would put in the 'ideal' rig... I found a wheel boot that you can use on your vehicle to keep it from driving away without you. car scene's that bad in BC eh? Ontario's not that bad, but I kinda hope it is, cuz it gets the idiots off the streets, even though it makes good guys like you suffer. I wanted to mod my car when I first got it, I waited out the warranty first, but now I don't see the point, plus I ain't made of money :P My only car friend moved away, so I'm all alone here, makes me think it's even more pointless. Got a motorcycle, commute to work in it, but no bike friends either so weekend cruises by myself got old quick :( and now I want to do what you do and just go Overlanding alone. Next step, maybe a Tacoma. You said now you want a truck? which truck are you thinking?
