I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. Shrooms helped with my eating habits, within a year I lost 40 pounds from just not eating as much as I used too. And that wasn’t even my intention going into the trip. Just was supposed to get high, but I did have that eating habit that I guess it caught and fixed for me and I couldn’t be anymore grateful for that beautiful plant. 🍄

LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."

Psychedelics are not for me. I am a very hypersensitive/cerebral person, probably due to my Aspergers. If I lose control of my own mind with psychedelics I could potentially get a horrible anxiety attack that could shock my brain. Have a good one people.

Took mushrooms a few years back. From personal experience, i can tell what you take out of the trip depends on your current mood state and your surroundings. if you fix these two, the trip can be revelationary to an extent or if it goes wrong then psychedelics have pretty bad mental effects as well.

Very hard to describe my shroom trip... i have ptsd, depression, anxiety basically... I felt like... I could die... I could choose... to not be here... which isn't different then normal... But... I found my own off button... and it kept trying to pull me towards it... to turning myself off... I found it there... I could choose to not come back... to disappear... But then there's family... I saw myself choosing to not go on... hitting that button people finding me there... I felt myself dying... and I tried to reach out... to a sister.. a friend... Couldn't manage to use my phone properly so I ended up having a 5 hour conversation and card game with my mother Probably one of the best things I could have done (speaking to my mom I mean)
