In this video I am sharing important changes in regards to this channel and my life. Transitions have always been difficult for me and so I wanted to share some ways that I cope with big changes in life (since I am now planning a new career as an art teacher and focusing on my small business). My dad had this illness-we-shall-not-name, and we were really scared that we would lose him. After two weeks in ICU, he came back to us. Tired, 40 pounds lighter, but alive. Now, 3 months later, he's going back to work and going back to his bike runs and long walks in the woods. Never lose hope! thinking of you xxxx

How lovely, this was just the encouragement I needed right now after having made a "difficult" decision regarding my living situation. As I got no clear "yes, this way!" I realized that all three options were good. One stuck out as being a bit of a regression, one as being a bit too big of a jump, so I took the middle path and am lining up with it, slowly and happily. I know deep down that all is well, no matter what. We just can't get it wrong, that's just the drama lover in our minds that wants to spice things up a bit ;) (and that's fine, too). Well-being and joy, new perspectives and explorations follow us, or await us, wherever we go. No escape :). And our needs, preferences, desires, interests and facets are always taken into account in the best way. That's just natural...Thank you, Paola and Shifairah. I wish you a wonderful life

Not all as I don’t like generalizing or labels but it seems a common time of focus on self nurturing and our needs vs everyone else first. My husb is older and happy to find my place where it’s warmer, slower, peaceful and less focus on material. I’m not anti money LOL! Anyway light and love my sister/friend and best of luck! 🙏❤️

This is one of the most peaceful and interesting channels on youtube. I sub to a wide variety of stuff and a lot of it is geopolitical, prepping etc. Those channels can tend to be a doomroll kind of thing. So thank you for such serenity on days when i need it the most.

Don't sell yourself short, for only an iPhone / drone, you have a high level of production quality... I envy your remote location for it's dark sky's, I think you will be amazed on what night photography will bring to your photographic enjoyment as well as the ongoing videos. Astrophotography is one of my favorite things to do.

Transition can be a scary experience, I remember all the changes and shifts I experienced as a child and young adult, and I get goose bumps even now just reflecting upon them. However, as I've gotten older, I discover more frequently that I embrace changes now rather than mourn or fear, that I lean into transition rather than against. It sounds odd - isn't it usually the opposite - don't we usually resist change as we get older? The tree with the beautiful blossoms on it reminds me of those we have here in Italy. Ours our white and pink blossoms. In our village, we have the pink blossoms, but they only show up 1 month out of the year, while for the rest of the year the trees hold only dark reddish/brown leaves, and no hint of the beautiful blossoms that flourish in 1 month of Spring. Your videos are a sweet whisper of hope and contentment. Thank you for being who you are, and for sharing your life with us.

i was thinking the same thing! most families in america have pets of some form or another. i work on horse farms, own many pets, and care for many more. i create leather art and i guarantee, at some point, animal hairs will end up in a package no matter how hard i try. if people have a problem with that, then they arent being realistic.

I'm not a professional photographer by any means but when I was trying to teach myself photography, I would often year that composition is the most important skill for a photographer to have, that's the artistic component of it that sets a great photographer apart. And clearly your composition skills are incomparable, proven by the fact that so many of us have enjoyed your beautiful videos even though they've been shot on an iPhone until now. The technical aspects are probably the easy part. It seems like many of us didn't even realize they were iPhone videos! I can't wait to watch your videos in HD in the future :)

I'm an ICU nurse and have treated many covid patients. Tell your loved ones to lay on their stomachs as much as possible if they are having trouble breathing, and take zinc to stop viral replication. Tell them to go to the ER early if they feel short of breath. Early treatment is better. Lots of love ❤

I'm just 14 years old, and I live in Iowa. I've wanted to live just like you for a long time now, in fact, your videos are what first spark this in me. I understand it firsthand when you say it's intimidating. I don't know how to make the leap or what I need to do to ensure my future will be what I want it to be. I have a plan of what I want laid out, and I'm scared to death that I won't be able to live it because of I mistake I made. I'm terrified that along the path I may stumble, but above that, I don't even know how to find the path in the first place.

I am dumbfounded that all these videos until now have been shot on an iPhone. I just went back and rewatched "Dawn 'till Dusk at my Rural Cottage," just as an example, and almost every one of those shots seems outrageously beautiful; and the succession of them artfully cut together is nothing short of miraculous to my sensibilities.

Both of my beautiful parents passed from this no honor illness a week apart. Dad November 4th and mom November 11th. Married for 63 years I didn’t realize how much of my world they were. It really bothers me because they were so much more than a statistic just like everyone else who succumbed from this virus. Memories of them don’t hurt like it first did and I know they are still with me. Prayers for your loved one’s and patiently waiting for the video. Dude you have a God given gift! You know what we all have a God given gift but it’s up to us to passionately pursue it. Too many people take the easiest road but I’ve learned the easiest road isn’t always the best road!

Have no worries about taking on new challenges. This is coming from a 60 year old who has spent her life being much too cautious and fearful of making mistakes and as a result many exciting adventures have been allowed to pass by. So I am encouraging you to be fearless and experience every adventure that comes your way. Take chances and live because you will wake up one day not that far in the future and will too realize most of your life is behind you. Hopefully you will be content with that realization because you did not hold back.
