My first marathon. 40 years old and doing something I didn’t think I could ever do. Los Angeles put on a great marathon. Also did the LA big 5k on Saturday La 5k. Time 23:41 (7:37 mile) Marathon: 3:54:56. (8:57 mile)
This was lily first Marathon also. Didn't train 1 day lol, dumbest thing I ever did.... took me 6:40 smh. Felt like my ankles were broken 🤦🏽♂️ Training now for next year....
Your first marathon was way faster then mine! Last year was my first marathon and I completed it in 5 hrs 28 mins. This year I completed it at 5 hrs 41 mins. Immna come back next year though, learned a lot of lessons. I made a video on my channel too
