Hi aunty today I learnt correct way of preparing curd rice for lunch...till now I don't know can add milk for reducing fermentation....every time when I take curd rice for lunch by the time of lunch it used to become to sour

Mash the rice when still hot. Use only as much milk till fully absorbed. Dont add cold curd to hot rice, allow the rice also to cool down before adding curd
