I have naked lunch, wedge, satin taupe and sumptuous olive and naked lunch is by far my favourite. A pale champagne pink that (I think) looks lovely only very fair skin with blue eyes. Yes to the club tutorial! You have great shades xx
Yes to the Club tutorial! I love the shade and there are so many dupes of it that I think many could follow along without having to make an extra purchase. One of my favourite MAC shadows is Satin Taupe, boringly obvious, but there it is ;).
Watching this was such a throwback for me to that MAC eyeshadow collection video you did years ago! The one where you had a neutral quad and a more colourful quad. I used to binge watch your videos back then (still do now!) and knew it wouldn't be long before your channel would take off. I remember being so amazed by the quality of your content back for someone who had a smaller audience, and the quality has only gotten better with the growth of your channel. I don't usually leave soppy and sentimental comments but I think you're truly deserving of the audience you have and I'm glad so many others enjoy your content.
Adding Woodwinked and Bronze to the wishlist! As for reccomendations, I always go for Naked Lunch when I need to look more awake, one of my favourite eyeshadow. Kid is a great crease colour and Swiss Chocolate is such a beautiful reddish brown. Sketch would be my favourite to use as an eyeliner and under my eyes.
I really enjoyed this video Alix 😊 it has taken me a little while, but I finally have all of my favourite MAC eyeshadows which are: patina, naked lunch, girlie, vintage bloom, rice paper, shroom, phloof, mythology, cork, bronze, satin taupe, woodwinked, honesty and all that glitters. I have all that glitters and wear it everyday for work just thrown all over the lid teamed with the urban decay liner in whisky... Best combo, great to see you recommend this shadow

Satin Taupe 😍 😍 😍 My favourite eyeshadow of all time. I also love Woodwinked, Club (I often use it on its own, without any other shadow - due to its duochrome effect it looks like I mixed several shades while in reality I spent 30 seconds applying a single colour) and Shroom.
Love this video and now want to start up a big palette myself. Could you do a tutorial with the Club shade, they way you spoke about it makes me want to see it used so much!
Yes please please do a tutorial using club! I think I am going to buy it soon and I would love to see you using it in an eye look :) My favorite Mac eyeshadows are woodwinked and sable ! Love them because I literally just use them on my lids, nothing else, and it looks amazing :) Great video as always!
Loving VLune, Alix! I don't travel anywhere without Sable. It one of my staple everyday eye shadows and I always get compliments when i wear it with MUFE Star Powder in 926 on the inner third of my eyelid
One of my all time favourites is Honey Lust, it's a super shimmery champagne gold that doesn't have that horrible yellow cast that many other gold eyeshadows have :)

Satin taupe is my favourite. It is the perfect grey mushroomy brown. I used it all over my lid and if I'm using something very shear instead I use it as eyeliner. I use it almost everyday and it goes very well with a pinky lip. I recently learned that Mac is not cruelty free though so I've actually decided to stop buying their products, not that I am judging or anything, it's just my choice! I will be so sad when my satin taupe runs out. Have to savour it.
If you love Bronze and Antiqued, you should definitely try Mulch. I looks amazing on hazel eyes, really brings out the gold and green tones, and also works perfectly as liner!!

Sweet Satisfaction is my favorite and sadly it was discontinued. All That Glitters was also a fav of mine for a while. I always gravitate towards it in the store without knowing it.
I only own two mac shadows, naked lunch and patina. I just don't think they're worth the money to be honest because make up geek is so much cheaper and the quality is great. I now have two full z palettes of MUG shadows.
Maquillage79 It's probably because they're trying to compete with brands like MUG and Colourpop which are US based. They don't seem to have caught up to the idea that if they can use the internet to advertise then everyone else can use it to share information on prices and find out about smaller brands.
+Maquillage79 ive just checked and theyre £10 (13 is for the single ones in the big packaging), hopefully they will drop soon because id love to start a pallette like alix's but for now theyre too expensive for the quality im afraid

That's so weird... there's like 5 eye shadows that I don't have but all the rest are the exact same as mine ! And I'm happy because I always love your eyeshadows color and I thought I didn't own anything that looks like yours.. haha I think my Mac all time favorite is Trax. You should try it, I think you'll like it :)
I've totally given up with filling up my MAC palette. I'm always so underwhelmed by the quality. They don't compare to makeup geek and other brands. Mac need to up their game haha. The one MAC eyeshadow I can't live without is Kid.
