Especially when her income is most likely not being withheld for taxes (not quite sure how twitch is set up or if she has other streams of income). Taxes are only withheld from paychecks if you choose that while filling out your paperwork (usually a W2) from your employer. Considering she doesn’t know she has to file in America, she probably hasn’t done the needed tax paperwork. Don’t mess with the IRS, you will always lose

All the proxy wars were counted as part of the cold war. Also there were more countries than just the US vs Russia. Generally it was nuclear countries vs nuclear countries, like the UK.
