Sick video mate! 🔥 -Those Japanese knives last forever. So another item added to the family heirloom. -Isn't it well known that Doctors wear a stethoscope at home all the time?(I hate it when it gets tangled on my neck when I sleep)
@@tejashdhongadexd5208 You should go to your nearest doctor because polycystic kidney disorder is a disorder when multiple cysts grow in the kidney,it causes the kidney to enlarge significantly and if not diagnosed, lose function. You should also check to see if there’s a possible chance you may have it as PKD is normally inherited.
Thanks for sharing so much about your life with us! Your apartment is magnificent and rather spacious. Following on my comments on your last video, my 2-bedroom apartment probably is slightly more than half the size of yours.
Such a nice apartment we always drive past the area and I always wondered how the apartment looks. Just noticed on the comments amount of people have asked the same questions! Can’t believe you still replied to them lol how nice of you. But man it must be annoying to repeat yourself. I think to save yourself from repeating maybe put the most frequently asked questions on the description box below. Bet people will still ask you!
That's actually such a good idea, I'll do that next time for sure! And I reply because if people can spend the time watching my videos and commenting on them then I can spend the time replying at least!
I could never live in an apartment, even thought i like personal space, I love my birds so I need a big place and affordable since bird care is expensive.
honestly i dont know how you made your flat tour funny aswell! loved this video ps. also can you ask where sam got the clear coffee table in front of the tv? ive been looking for one for ages (the cb2 ones have mad shipping costs)
Hi Kiran. Thanks for showing us your flat. Looks great! I’m moving across to Manchester for a new job and I coincidentally saw some apartments in this building. Is the surrounding area safe? The rent is quite cheap and it is so close to the city centre - but I am a little worried about how safe the area is. Grateful to hear back from you!
Hey Mark, it’s as safe as it gets in the city centre. It’s on a nice side of town with lots of other residential blocks so a decent area to walk around
Congrats on your place. Just a safety tip, especially given that you live with your fiancé. Showing the exact location while helpful for viewers opens you and your fiancé up to creepy stalkers. Sucks that it’s a thing, but you’re nice and I’d hate to have something not nice happen to either you or your fiancé. (Ex-teacher here. Was stalked in 2015 by a former student’s parent who had psychosis. Luckily she only knew my favourite coffee shop, but still scary.)
@@Kiran.Morjaria I was looking at doctor house tour videos and came across this one, as I want to be a surgeon when I get old enough. Only to find out it’ll take 15 years before I become an attending
Being a doctor in UK i guess you are living in a pretty smaller apartment...you must be earning a lot...i presume..love from INDIA..coming to UK soon after my MBBS in India
How much do you guys spend monthly on a place like that, because that place is huge?! I mean not like HUGE huge, but way bigger than I expected based on all these stories I've read online about how small and exorbitantly expensive flats can be in the UK.
Oh shit nvm. You've already answered this question like three times. Lol So would 1160/month for a place like that, in that part of the city be considered a good deal? I'm already visualizing my finances, if given the chance to be a doctor there like you! Haha
Loool no worries at all - thanks for the question. That’s a good deal considering we’re city centre and with parking. £1160pcm is split between two of us remember
Hey Kiran! Great video. I will be moving to Manchester soon to work at Royal Infirmary and I'm looking for a similar 2 bed apartment with similar budget. What would be the best place to start looking? Did you contact any property agents?
Great video! I’m moving to Manchester from Montreal next month end of June - can I ask how much you pay for rent? I’m looking to get something similar!
Great! Thank you for letting us know about it's rent. Can I ask if you can afford it's rent by only working as a doctor there or do you have other sources for this? Please answer this as I just got GMC registration and have to plan things accordingly.
so sam sits at a kitchen table to work from when you could turn an unused guest room into a home office. and give your guests the sofa. its your house not there's so they don't get a room haha sorry that just upset me lol . great video though
She hardly works at it to be fair, maybe 1 hour a week whereas I’m at the desk 3-5 hours a day editing videos! So in the new house we’re turning the guest room into an office like you have suggested
I liked the tour ! 😍 Got a glimpse of how an Indian medico lives in the UK. Thanks for the tour Would like to know more about your Education (college) and Indian origin.
