1MsMeany yes it would be a good idea to get them off before going..i mean you could have acrylic but you won’t be able to get them done til airman’s week
Here's an update I went to MEPS last Thursday like I had stated to you on your last video. My recruiter spoke to me all the way there and asked how confident I was about taking my ASVAB then he told me I was also taking the TAPAS on top of my ASVAB. You aint lying when you say MEPS is a boring process because I sat their for a good minute until I was go with those who was taking their ASVAB or retaking the ASVAB. My recruiter came up to me and was like wow you took the whole 4 hours....lol. When it came to do my intake process they had to do my fingerprints like 3 to 4 times to finally get a good print. After I was done with my ASVAB I thought they usually give you a print out of your scores of how you did. My recruiter also told me about the MEPS process my process will take place again on this Wednesday doing the Physical and the Oath Of Enlistment. I'm anxiously waiting for the results of my ASVAB hopefully I get them tomorrow morning or tomorrow afternoon because of going back to MEPS this coming Wednesday. Now I have a few questions regarding the physical IF you pass everything except the duck walk does it mean you fail the entire physical and disqualify you? Or do you have to have to fail quite a bit for them to disqualify you? My recruiter didn't have me stay in the hotel due to how close I lived to the MEPS Station, But is going to put me in the hotel the night before my physical. When we went for my ASVAB with my recruiter he was like don't change anything with your medical now your surgeries that you had during your childhood don't bring it up IF it doesn't affect you now. He also told me to bring my glasses when I go for my physical because I had threw him off when I had my contacts on lol. He also told me IF everything goes well you will be leaving for Basic in June or July. How many hours do you spend at MEPS up until your Oath Of Enlistment during your Physical?
@@CRYSTALELAINE here's an update from three months ago I passed my ASVAB on a Category 4. I did the same thing as you with the hearing test lol. I failed my last two parts of my Physical. I will be swearing in at the end of the month or in August. Since I only made a Category 4. I have to go back and redo those two exercises. I failed the duck walk and the one after the duck walk whatever the name of it is.
They’ll tell you the time when you should be swearing in days before you swear in so your family will have the time because that’s the thing i wondered about to.
They actually didn't end up telling me a time until an hour beforehand! Luckily my mom made it in time, but my best friend didn't :( But I swore in thursday and now I'm just waiting for a ship date and job
Yo I'm so confused about the meps and boot camp thing. Is it like you take the asvab and then go to boot camp or you do asvab, meps, than boot camp? Also does this process apply to every branch?
Do they do a dental exam? Cause I know someone with dental issues but it doesn’t phase them.. and has missing teeth and said that could disqualify him?
I’m really scared cause I don’t think I’ll pass my hearing I know I was in recruitment for TSA and I didn’t pass my hearing then But I was blasting loud music in my ears right before the exam 😂😂😂 I’m nervous I think that’s gone be my biggest problem

BB BBR you can wear makeup to the hotel and if you do wear makeup to MEPS, let it be like a natural look and yes your family can send you things in tech school
How long after taking the asvab did you get scheduled for MEPS? I passed my asvab and the only thing i mentioned was a breast reduction i had last year. No prior medical conditions or ever visited a hospital.... will i get disqualified because of that? I wonder
did girls have braids there. my recruiters saids I'm good but I have a friend telling me there gonna want your exact weight so no weave. I call bs though and don't want to take down my braids. lol there box braids small to my hips and I plan on wearing them in a ponytail and taking my jewelry out my hair. Today is Sunday and I go Wednesday.
Deonna Washington yes girls did have braids. There’s a place on base to get your hair done but that’s later on within the weeks they’ll let you get your hair done like days before graduation

Damari Brackett whatever you told your recruiter stick with it . Changing your answers will have them wanting paper work . If it isn’t something like a major surgery you had , you’ll be fine
