My Miscarriage Story I Lost my baby at 12 weeks

Hugs! I've had 5 miscarriages and 2 healthy babies. It's beyond the limits of human endurance. Thank you for sharing your story. We need to destigmatize miscarriage so that women don't feel like it's their fault.

Thank you for making this video! I just recently miscarried at 12 weeks and even though I have an amazing partner and family that supported me through it all I couldnt help but feel lonely.

I used to be ashamed that I placed my son for adoption. That was a hard decision to make. I know much different from miscarriage, but It's still like a loss. I am sorry you went through that. My sister also suffered from her son being stillborn. It's never an easy thing to go through. Any of these situations are traumatic.

Oh my goodness mama, first off : congratulations on your blessing and motherhood. Even though in weeks it seems a little, the time you had with your baby was so special and will be with you always. As woman we tend to put shame on ourselves.. please sis , your baby was a blessing. When you understand the miracle of life you’ll see that just getting pregnancy is an absolute miracle in itself . You had a miracle - first time too. That’s such a blessing. Embrace your womanhood, embrace your body, embrace all aspects of the miracle. I know this was hard to share and I thank you for being so transparent. This is something you didn’t have to share but you knew this could help others. You have a wonderful support system and lots of people who love you. Prayers sending your way for continued emotional and physical healing.

I know how it feels , I was pregnant with twins and miscarried at 15 weeks .. it was really hard and very lonely but I heard lots of stories from different women and it made it easier. Keep your head up girl I’m happy you came out and shared your story

I am so very sorry for your loss. After having two healthy babies, I too had a miscarriage. I was only about 6 weeks pregnant. Since then I had two more healthy babies. You will get pregnant again. Thank you for sharing. You are helping lots of women!

We waited 10 years to have our second child. It never crossed our minds that we would have difficulty conceiving. It took us almost 3 years and 3 miscarriages before we had our second child. The second miscarriage was the hardest because we had an ultrasound at around 9 weeks and we heard the heartbeat which was so strong. We had the ultrasound early because we were unsure of when we conceived. So when I miscarried a couple weeks after, it was heartbreaking. At the time my husband was out of the country because his parents were ill and he had to leave suddenly. So having to call and tell him over the phone was hard. When we did finally get pregnant we were so scared to share and waited until I was 5 months along and we had our first ultrasound done. We were so excited but so scared at the same time. I didn’t want to “jinx” it that I waited to buy anything for him until 2 weeks before he was due. Now that I think about it, that was kind of a crazy thing to do but I was just worried. Our sweet 🌈 baby turned 3 this year and we are definitely blessed to have him. It’s so crazy how common miscarriage is and yet we don’t know because it’s not talked about. When it happened to me and I shared with some close friends i found out that several of them had experienced a miscarriage as well. I guess it helped to know I wasn’t alone, not that I would wish this on anyone. Thanks for sharing. Sending positive vibes to you and your family. 💜

Yovana, thank you for sharing such a personal story. It actually is something I thought I would never have to relate to but it just happened to me (chemical pregnancy because it was very early) and I also turned to RU-vid to see what I did wrong. But as my doctor said, there is NOTHING you could have done to prevent it or cause this, it is the body’s natural way of saying something was not right for it to continue. The right time will come for us. I also think God’s timing is perfect and that we are exactly where we are meant to be at this moment. I also saw your video in Spanish and I am sad to see the drastic difference in the comments section, so many people judging without knowing all the details and telling you what they think you should have done or should not have done. Do not pay attention to that. At least here in your English video you have a lot more comments of support and encouragement, free of judgement. I think that is why it is so difficult to talk about this, because we are so quick to judge each other. I just hope my comment helps at least someone know that they are not being judged and they are not alone in this. We all need to lift each other up, especially during such a difficult experience in life.🙌🏻❤️

I am so sad to hear that you are dealing with this! I’ve had 3 ectopic pregnancies and 1 miscarriage - all of which has resulted in both Fallopian tubes being taken out. We are now on the IVF route. Never give up. If a baby is in your plan from God, then that little will come! ❤️

Thank you for your honesty. It is really rare out there. I wish you all the best to be successful in the 2nd try. I am also currently trying to get pregnant. I heard a lot of good of pregnancy teas, out of raspberry leaves in the first half of the cycle, and lady's coat tea for the 2nd half of the cycle. Good luck !

So sorry for your lost, I had a miscarriage 11-12 yrs ago, the same the I find out I was pregnant I miscarried that same day. Now I am bless with 3 beautiful children. It's also good to talk about thing like this. Soon you will be bless with a little one again

I want nothing more than to be a mother, but being in my 30s now, I know that that’ll likely happen for me too. I felt your pain, even with a well laid out video. You have so many real life people that love you and support you. Don’t put pressure on yourself. God will make you both parents when it’s time.

Yep I heard miscarriages are very common. And you are doing great! You are strong & courageous! And you are doing everything right, god is good and we must trust his plan. God is never late. In the right time it will happen 💖🙏🏻 can you share your (food) diet, supplements with us while trying to get pregnant 💖

Aww bless your soul ♥️ your time will come when you will be a mother. My mom almost lost me. My aunt and grandmother also lost their babies. I think we live in a society now where it’s more common due to the lifetime of stress and toxins we accumulate even before our reproductive system is fully developed. There’s just so many factors that can contribute to a miscarriage and it can’t be anyone’s complete fault when a lot of it was out of our control to begin with since our own birth. As I am listening I feel it was so good you opened up and shared. Have you looked into a Natural Birth Clinic yet that specializes in assisting pregnancy naturally and holistically? All my friends this year were working with midwives since even before becoming pregnant. They had to do a lot of things like squatting to eating a certain diet and tons of breathing exercises and yoga to minimize stress. When I witnessed I was so surprised by the preparation it takes, beats the military lol. I would love ♥️ to see your guys’ journey preparing towards motherhood while combining with physical and mental health!!

just googled it apparently miscarriages are 10-20% of all pregnancies (and likely even more cuz the women loses the child even b4 knowing she was pregnant) pretty high statistic 😲id have imagined it being more like 2-4% or something

Your story put me tears, Lat year I miscarried and i went through it alone. My boyfriend didn't know I was pregnant until finally we had a minor argument and i just told him in that heated argument. I myself felt like it was my fault, like i did something wrong. Till this day not a day goes by that I don't think abut that moment =/ Thank you for sharing and stay strong.
