I just finished upgrading my MK23 as a DMR, amazing results. I use novritsch mags now with my STTI pistol. Shoots around 480FPS which is legally a DMR in my country. Stock cyma 303mm inner barrrel with a modified window for the bucking ( Modify x-range ) Custom dual TDC. and a little tweak on the hammer spring. Im really happy with it. I rrather use this rifle over my fully upgraded VSR.10 because of the semi auto. Only issues i have is a litle bit FPS inconsistency (around 20 FPS from lowest to highest)
What mods di you do to the hammer exactly? Plz share ,I have the tdc cover , h key not the mapple leaf I key, maple leaf 80d bucking with a Poseidon inner barrel . What's the difference between the I key and the h key ?
Hi! What modifications did you do to the hammer to get it to shoot harder? And do you have any idea of how much joule creep it gives when using .40g+ bbs?
The hammer spring is bent to increase its preload. There is a strip of plastic glued to the part the hammer hits so it pushes the mag valve more to release more gas (to volume the longer barrel). It shoots 1.9J on 0.20g (450fps) and 2.3J on 0.40g (equivalent of 500fps).
Laser rangefinder measured targets at 80, 90 and 100m. The range is 120m and they're falling short of that at the end of the flight, but further than the 100m target.
