Does anybody get whole body fatigue? Like a sudden wave of weakness that just hits you almost like a low blood sugar feeling? You feel shaky and weak, but then suddenly fades away after a couple hours? L
Happened to me a week ago. Felt weak for no reason around the evening. So I went for a jog. When I got home, it only made me feel wanting to draw more breath.
I get this all the time and think I need to eat but doesn’t always help. I check my blood sugar and blood pressure all normal. I think it’s anxiety on top of being hangry because I can snap out of it if I can distract myself.
What I have to do for this fatigue and weakness I even cant go to the bathroom all the laboratory i have made it was ok thank you and sorry for my english not sooo good 👋👋
I hate it when I go to work every sensation I feel. Some I don't feel good shaky, feel lost, feel dead, I move around it's like I'm going to fall or collapse from of my friends. Are hard to cope with this anyone going threw this

@@raymondrubio7395 The symptoms really drive us crazy. When you said you have been living for 4 years with THIS....What is THIS? The anxiety feeling or the physical symptoms? You need to sort out what made you feel afraid? and at the same time do research on your physical symptoms by going to doctors. It is doable to totally get out from this situation. You need to do some work (brain) to get out from this. If you give up, you won't be able to get out from this state.

My worst anxiety symptoms.. - Depersonalization - Feelings of impending doom - Heart twitches, Palpitations - Heaviness in chest - Tunnel vision - Getting scared of the smallest bodily sensations I always think if i lay on my left it'll trigger a heart palpitation or i'll crush my heart. I always think i have heart, liver or lung disease :((((((( Anxiety unlocks so much different levels and having to unlink triggers and rewire our brain, it sucks.
@@Truerealism747 yeah anxiety makes you feel physically as well. With me it is more pain and uncomfort inside me, like very uneasy pain as if I'll just faint any minute or something awful will happen right now. In fact, I felt that today! Out of nowhere! This channel is helping me SO much. It’s so crazy to think what anxiety stress can cause and it’s a vicious cycle as you think your ill but your putting your body under immense stress. Wow thanks so much for this
Mine are: - Dizziness - Extreme fatigue - Muscles feel wound super tight - Feeling like there’s an electric current buzzing inside me - Nausea - Shallow breaths/I can breathe out but not in - Feeling cold suddenly - Tremors all over my body, but specifically by neck/head start shaking a lot when I lay down - Extreme thirst I’ll go through a week or so of these attacks. Every one leaves me more dizzy and more exhausted than the last. Eventually it stops, but I get these spells every few months. 😓

I don't have much health anxiety, but I have spiritual anxiety, and this still is relatable. The moment I have a weird feeling or odd thought, I immediately assume that's me rejecting God or God leaving me. The moment I feel anything off, I feel like I'm going to be sent to hell. And while it's not the same, I understand having one small, insignificant thing happen and freak out over it. May Jesus help you and bless you. Thanks for the video.

Hello! Quick question. I have pretty rough heart anxiety. I’ve gotten a couple of EKG’s done and came back normal. My resting HR laying down is an average of 60-70. But when I get up and do small tasks like even cleaning my room, my HR can shoot up to 100-120. I also feel my heart beat heavier and faster. Exercise can get my HR to 200 and I get panic attacks after.

So happy you mentioned the heart and chest phobia, I keep thinking about getting out of breath too, with each step climbing up the stairs, and then it feels all tight. I too had something similar mine was mostly left side of face and hand that freaked me out also Globus I have that at the moment and a fear of something cancerous in my mouth . Each persons symptoms show up differently . The thing I have learned is let it be don’t fight it or resist just accept it and above all else make sure you do your normal things your brain is watching your behavior and if it sees panic it sends more anxiety as it thinks it’s protecting you . How did you stop obsessing over your breathing? I've had it for a year non-stop and it's literally the only thing that's left from my anxiety/panic. I'm fully aware that I don't have to breathe manually, but I just can't seem to stop it.
yes! i dont really have an answer to it unfortunately. it kind of just stoped but i think it was simply a result of lowering stress and living a more fulfilling life. I wish i would have a very specific solution for this
Yes. My first ever anxiety spike 2 years prior the onset of the monster brought that to me Because i was that focused on breathing manually, i got to a point where i couldnt even climb the stairs I believe that the best way to fight this and win is to do certain tasks that shift your attention away The heart will continue beating as it should aftee you stop focusing on it, given it has built in electrical pump power. I have beaten that and even tho it comes from time to time i have already won so i can escape fast I have other battles now....the pain in the chest, the symptoms, the faint, 150 bpm in the same hot water that before calmed me..., making me wonder whether or not im heart sick of an unknown disease or not..... I guess the problem is that it s always an option, a possibility, a chance, be it slight enough to not even matter in the grand scheme of things or not. But e will make it. Yes. I believe in it.

I’ve gone to the doctor a few times because I thought I was going to die and my lungs were going to collapse. My main debilitating symptom is having so much trouble breathing.
